Not the best experience with Falcon Trims. I placed an order and noticed that I had a spelling mistake in my email address. I tried calling and the phone is never answered and just goes to answer phone. I left a couple of messages and received no call back. I emailed and used their web contact form, again zero response. The trims didn’t arrive but they did refund me. It’s a risky purchase due to the last of communication.

Ordered stair nosing for stairs at £125 or so about 2 weeks ago , email confirmed order . Tried in all ways possible to get in touch without any luck and still awaiting confirmation that they even shipped it at all as Evri said they've not ever got it.

Ordered a transition strip from the website. They took the order and money straight away as well as confirmation email. Few weeks go by and nothing, I reach out on their contact form, still no reply. Then I get a full refund on my bank statement. No contact ever, shocking company feels like a scam.

Ordered a 45mm light oak flat trim from them, a few days later payment was refunded without explanation, emailed them to ask why, never had a response.

Useless company seemingly incapable of fulfilling an order and responding to a simple question

Brilliant experience with Mary at Falcon Trims. We needed colour matching accessories for our new Woodpecker Flooring. They created samples within a few days and within a week we had the scotia and door bars we needed. Brilliant Service.
