Litecast provided beam and block flooring for my house extensions (100m square+) and they were excellent. Great communication and the builders were happy with the service and product received.

Superb service from the start, quick turn around from technical.
Delivered rapidly and dropped neatly exactly where we wanted the beams.

I sought 3 quotes for concrete floor beams. Litecast were competitive on price and most importantly they could fit us in for delivery to site when we needed them. Their in house design chap was excellent. He'd clearly considered and thought about our plans and how to lay out the beams in the most efficient way. Excellent communication throughout the process.

Delivered timely. They offered a discounted delivery too which was good.
However, the initial guy I dealt with on the phone told me that they had left the correct space either side. I clarified on the phone the measurements and the fact there will be a 100mm gap at end . The beams were the incorrect size. They checked the phone calls but not the calls with the initial person clearly(I don’t know his name). They sent a drawing to sign off but based on that conversation I had misread the drawings as the conversation mislead me otherwise. The person dealing with us had no regard for what I had told them to be true, and just wanted to prove that they were not in the wrong, rather than investigating properly from an honest customer. No customer satisfaction and relationship care. Obviously poor communication between designer/engineer and people ordering.
The beams themselves are actually bowed and not straight at all so when we have put the blocks on, they don’t fit properly and the beams do not lie flat along the end.

All in all it stated off well, but not a good experience at all with litecast! I think I will go somewhere cheaper and easier to deal with next time I order

Great service from start to finish. Priced up a couple of options, delivered quickly, sent an extra in case of damage, (there was none) all in all great price great product and great service!

Great customer service. Placed an order on Friday, drawings were created by Monday (which then had to be amended) but the block and beam system was delivered by Wednesday! Great turnaround especially when working to timelines, also very competitive on price. Thanks guys.

1st class service from design and quote to delivery, they messed up on one plot with sizes but was swooped over next day as it happens and it was sorted straight away

I’ve used litecast twice. Both occasions the product was spot on. Staff were able to resolve issues appropriately I recommend litecast floors.

Found the people I dealt with very helpful. The system was new to our builder but he quickly "got his head around it".
The beams were easily handled and the floor was in place within an hour. The wall clips were not used but otherwise spot on.

Great company and will always help when they can, they are competitively priced and delivery is always quick.
I always use Litecast on any project.

My builder recommended we deal with Litecast. They were initially slow on the uptake, not meeting their own delivery timescale on the first order, but we put this down to pressure of work etc… They were very competitive on price. On the second order there were no problems at all. Delivery was on time and the process seamless. I would use Litecast again on other developments.
