The personal support I received was amazing. I had several companies under consideration, but only this company made it so easy to discuss the work, understand what would be needed and then worked with me to ensure the drawings and plans were just right. Delivery was on time and when I discovered one of the beams was damaged and would need replacing I was delighted to find out a spare beam had been added to the order free of charge anyway! I would definatelly use them again and would recommend them.

It was small but difficult job due to the engineering complexities but the designers and estimators at Litecast never question the changes and always remained polite and helpful.

Nice easy process, from our plans in to block and beam plan, - ordered and delivered on schedule into place.

On time good price and all arrived.

First time using the Lite Cast system. The team were great, Duncan was always on hand with answering queries we had with the install and we managed to get it installed quickly and with no mistakes. The install process with having to cover the floor quicker than a B&B can throw you off schedule a little when in the winter months but will be using it again.

Efficient service, promptly delivered. Only drawback was slight over supply of materials.

Office and design were excellent with good innovations and quick response. Final design and costing were a great solution. Prompt delivery with short lead in time. The only thing that I reduced a star for was that several beams were too long when deliverd and had to be cut. If we were advised of this it would not have been a problem. As it was it led to confusion

Litecast did a large new build house for us. Great service from start to finish. Very keen on price too. We had two beams which were cracked - we took photos and they sent out replacements within a day. The design period was super effecient too. Will definitely use again on future jobs.
