I can’t recommend Litebike enough! I have been buying various components from a number of different companies, Litebike have been an absolute pleasure!
Their communication is second to none, they answer emails quickly and get product out fast!
I had an issue with one item, I emailed the lads, I was told there was a replacement in the post, this was before I sent the original item back, that is top quality customer service right there, I love my bars there Awsome!!

Really good products and support
Really good products and after sales support from Lukas and the team. Really liked the 30g TPU inner tubes on my hill climb bike, I will be using these going forward.

Great stem
Great stem. Clamp is solid at nm suggested.
Oil-slick bolts look great.
Bought 110mm stem, weight is only 104g.
Would like a Litebike etching on it, only so people know it is cooler than it looks.
I will keep an eye on their sight.

Litebike - a pleasure to do business with!
I found Litebike excellent. I bought a seat-post that is well engineered & aesthetically pleasing AND at a very competitive price. Good customer communication as Royal Mail messed up on delivery & Lukas progressed this for me to a satisfactory conclusion.

I placed an order for a bike stem
I placed an order for a bike stem, but unfortunately it got lost in the post. I contacted Litebike and explained the situation. Laurence at Litebike couldn’t have been more helpful and informed me they would take this up with Parcel Force.
In the mean time However they would send me a replacement stem FOC.
This is the first time I’ve used Litebike and would have no issues making a purchase from them again. I can highly recommend the service.

Understated brilliance
I was after a new stem for my road/CX bike. I checked out eBay but nothing appealed I then saw an advert for litebike and ordered their 90mm stem. The understated quality is superb. A brilliant piece of kit. And it arrived quickly. The ethos of the company is spot on.
