Had I received a delivery update and confirmation of delivery it would be five stars.
Product was nicely packaged and delivered within delivery window.

As always order was processed quickly…
As always order was processed quickly and really well packed so all arrived in perfect condition.
On this occasion I was particularly impressed by the decision to hold back the order due to the excessive heat. It was very thoughtful and ensured we could enjoy the chocolate at its best
I also like the member incentives. Unfortunately I do not live near a Lindor store so have to rely on online service which is very good.
The only negative is the requirement to order £50 plus to gain free postage. This is especially annoying when having just received a large order there is a sale on but you aren’t ready to place another large order and maybe just want a few items.

Lovely chocolates and presentation tin. Ability to choose a delivery date in advance was not really possible. In the event hot weather delayed delivery significantly anyway, which was not a bad thing.

I placed my order during a heatwave
I placed my order during a heatwave. I was pleased to receive an email from Lindt explaining that they would delay delivery until cooler weather, keeping the chocolate in good condition. Have now received my parcel and am delighted with the contents! Thank you.
