Quick and easy to order from a good variety of chocolates and gifts. Delivery quick and items come well package. Found the pick and mix good for selecting favourites and omitting less favourite chocolates, and choices of boxed or bars offered. Found on arrival all items ordered intact and undamaged. Very happy with purchases and overall service given.

Lindt chocolate is always delicious
Lindt chocolate is always delicious. I was suprised to see one item was missing and substituted with multiple chocolate bars, boxes, and little bits so can't complain even if I didn't realise there would be any substitutions. Delivery was on time and packed well, the customised interior of the box is a nice touch. Would be great as a gift.

Website and order process needs to improve
The website continues to ask for login message even though logged in and doing shopping. Also errors not handled properly even for important points like payments. I had applied discount code and payment went into error. After payment was initiated again it forgot the discount and I was charged more.
