Slow delivery
Ordered because I got a free birthday treat - thank you!
However, I ordered on the Sunday and paid for express service but they didn’t arrive until the following Friday. Disappointing. Customer service did address my disappointment so hopefully it won’t happen again.

Who Sends Out Chocolate in a Heatwave?!
In their infinite wisdom, Lindt decided to send out my order during a 35 degree Celsius heatwave.
Needless to say, everything arrived melted and ruined. When I contacted customer services, they simply ignored me. Terrible service.

Bargain price in the sale I couldn’t resist! Parcel arrived super quick- I think 2 days after ordering!
The pleasure of opening the box- it’s like a treasure box and nestled inside again 2 boxes.
I appreciate the chocolate has a short date hence the price but efficiency of packing delivery and quality of chocolate is second to none.

I’m a big fan of Lindt chocolates
I’m a big fan of Lindt chocolates, so I was thrilled to stock up at the Wembley store today 11th July 2026.The chocolates are always exceptional, and Ms.Snehal made my visit even more special with her lovely, friendly, and welcoming service.
A big thank you as well to the male staff member who kindly offered me a sample of the Cherry Blossom chocolate, it was absolutely delicious! I didn’t get his name, but his thoughtful gesture was much appreciated.
The whole team made me feel very welcome, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I can’t wait to visit again!

No customer service
No customer service available other than a form and an expected reply within 5 working days. This is day 5 and my order is still processing and day 2 for waiting for a reply (working days).
If you are going to have a public shop then please invest in it. It is very annoying and poor, you only get one chance to make a first impression
