Worst casino ever. After completing the wagering requirements and uploading documents for verification, they asked again for a new selfie holding my ID with all details visible. After uploading everything again, they blocked my account, took all my winnings, and sent this reply:

"We have reviewed the photos you have sent to us for verification purposes. Unfortunately, your account verification request has been rejected and your winnings have been deducted. I would give a negative 5 if that was an option. I won off of a bonus coupon for slots, while playing slots completed the playthough and Keno opened up. Won $250 on keno and began withdrawal process. Account verification took me right at 5 days to complete and numerous selfie. Once that was done I thought it would be a smoother process to withdraw. After setting up acct for crypto transfer I tried to withdraw my winning. I begin getting errors. When I contact support the first tell me that I cant withdraw because I won on keno. Then it was because I had made a deposit (they said making a deposit speeds things up) then I couldn't get them because I made a deposit on to of my winning. I explained and sent the email back to them that they sent to me saying a deposit helps speed things up. Then my winnings were taken away and I was told I broke terms but it wasn't because of what I was told ths first two times it was just because! It was like a game of chess with these guys that u never advance. Terrible scam. Dont risk your time or your money with this place.
