So dissatisfied with this site . The more I deposit the less or no rewards I’m rewarded like hiw I was when I first signed uk . Before I deposited I was getting 2 rounds of free spins once every two weeks . After my 2 or 3 deposit 1 or 2 every month and now I don’t get none .. from free spins I’ll win 16 cents or 28 if I’m lucky anyways .. I’ve tried multiple times I guess its just not for me on here my final opinion on betty

Kind of scammy honestly used to be alright.. for free plays.. lucky to get one free play per week right now .. very much going downhill like every place for free play chances and they just want deposits.. which I have never cashed on once yet.. only cashed one time on a free play.

this place is 100% a scam. So I won money on a free bonus a while ago so I revisited and I'm finding out what information I needed to get it out I knew it was going to be a verification deposit not a problem. So after I make the deposit they said you have to verify you before you can use that money or spend that money or play with that money plus once we verify you you'll need to withdraw this first so you can't play until after the withdrawn we're talking like you're going to take at least seven or eight days well they went ahead and put the credit on my account for a brief second. And that's the last I've seen that money. They promised to refund on the 5th I'm writing this review on the 20th. They used a third party payment processor and on my bank I see something called Rockgamehelp. So they're supposed to be issuing a refund but they said a little while later that they issued a refund already now this is within an hour of me making the payment so it's still pending. So I'm told that the pending charge won't be picked up and they'll refund it and that was a lie they did pick it up they're still claiming that they've already processed the refund I asked for the trace code they gave me an internal Trace code that could only work at Betty wins. This goes on for a couple days so I decided to get hold of the third party payment processor so when I went to their page I seen they had a contact form but they also had an email at the bottom I chose the email I emailed them they responded asking the last four of my card numbers they can check the transaction so after checking the transaction they respond saying there is no transaction at all with his card number cuz I gave him the first six in the last four even though they asked for the last four and on top of not seeing any transaction they have no idea who Betty wins casino is. So I contact Betty winds Casino and now Betty wins casino has no idea who they are. So I'm back on their website seeing if I can get any more information and they have a contact form put in your name number now first you got to understand this page displays as someone who helps with gaming transactions like if there's been a problem with a game of transaction maybe they can go to bat for you or something like that so when you enter the information and of course you got to enter in your first six and last four of your debit card and most of it's just use autofill but on this website when you use autofill it takes your last four and stick some in place number 789 and 10 which are the first four digits of your account number that means they've got everything except for two digits there's only a hundred possible combinations to be pushed but debit cards run off the lun algorithm. And you just use that algorithm and a human can probably do it about 10 maybe 15 minutes or maybe a little less a robot doing about 2 seconds and now they got your entire credit card number I know everybody thinks you need to see you being all that but you do not especially if you're a payment processor so now Justin trying to get my whole $30 back I busted pretty much a payment processor for overseas casinos that are not supposed to participate in the United States especially I would say Betty wins their license is from Anjouan. This is purportedly the worst license you can possibly get because this island made up his own licensing crap which even its own bank doesn't recognize any of their licenses as legitimate. They're only I can definitely say pathetic answer that they can respond with is okay well we made we completed the refund we completed the refund if you can pleaded the refund like you said on the 5th it's the 20th it would be in my account maybe it does take longer let's say that it would at least be in the ecosystem and my bank could see it. It was PayPal's debit card that I used they see nothing and agree it's a fraud. They gave my information to a third party payment processor who has a sophisticated fishing websites set up who denies knowing who they are and this is the kicker they denied to me that they even processed payments for anyone much a casino.you don't process payments why did you ask me for the last of my digits of my debit card and then respond by saying you search through everything and you can't find no transaction that sounds like a payment processor right yeah these people are not very bright they're not smart at all actually I guess smart enough to get my $30 huh so the payment processor in the casino I believe are separate entities it's just the casino is using this illegal processor and they of course let some people win there's your good reviews none of it's very much money nor will it ever be most likely. So now the stories with a whistleblower and will do they're best to kill the business and rightfully so. I will cooperate and do everything I can to help. Please stay away in the meantime they are a scam. This one is a long con.

they dont explain the deposit term

It took me awhile to warm up to this casino. After the first half a dozen times playing there, I finally won on some free spins which was only $50. Very poorly operated and shady place. I would NOT recommend wasting any of your time or money here. They also DO NOT allow instant withdrawals like they advertise on the home page.

Love it , fun game to Play

Wow, this site is really something special, and by special I mean trash. Broken games and unfair odds. Blackjack dealer has two favorite numbers. 20 and 21. If they don't get one, they will get the other. Do not play blackjack on this site. Slots weren't much better. Multiple times I'd have a spin land on a pay line and I'd get nothing. They were 100% pay line because other spins that hit the same thing would pay out. Broken game mechanics. Did they same with bonus reels. Randomly hitting the bonus wouldn't trigger the bonus game and it would just spin right through. Funny enough is it was a game that they had featured as the game of the week. I have a feeling that there are many more of their games with similar problems. Just not worth playing here with some really obvious shady things going on. Pretty sad existence making a living as a thief.

Fun casino easy deposit easy withdrawal

Ive had an awful experience with this casino. My first and ONLY experience with this casino. I was sent an email offering a bonus so I figured I would give it a try. I made a deposit, did not get my bonus. Thought I did something wrong, figured I would try again, still no bonus. Went to Customer Support. Horrible service. I am compelled to share my recent experience playing blackjack and slots at this little crypto casino. In all my life I have never encountered games so completely one sided than the ones I played here.
