I ordered from Lightopia for the first time and I have no regrets. They kept me informed throughout the shipping experience. My light arrived well packaged with no damage from shipping. Now let’s talk about the light - it is perfectly beautiful for my kitchen! It is just the right size and really makes a statement. So happy I went with the larger size! I love it and it was exactly what I was looking for in a pendant light above my kitchen sink. The shape of the glass and its seeding really makes it unique. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!!

My purchase couldn't have been smoother. The item that I purchased arrived in a timely manner in good condition. Good quality, beautiful lamp unfortunately, I had to return it, too big for my dining-area. The return process was equally pleasant. Lightopia staff were eager to please, and complied with my request without question. UPS picked the very large box up at my door.

The fan I received had a very glossy finish and we did not want it. Lightopia takes at least a week just to give you a return authorization to allow you to return the product. This policy is unheard of in 2025. I feel this is anacceptable return policy.

Everything went well with ordering and delivery of the pendant light. I LOVE the light. It is great quality, heavy duty, I can hardly believe it. It seems these days not to often does a person find good quality items. It is so beautiful. I would highly recommend Lightopia.

I received tracking info. right away and my fan was delivered very promptly. The price was better than I could receive on my Trade account elsewhere, so I am very pleased.

Disappointing customer service. I canceled my order within minutes of placing it and reached out to customer service right away. I had immediate concerns the Tolomeo lamp was not authentic given the TW models come with a dimmer switch. This one oddly was listed as having none. I believe an inauthentic lamp was sent for one. Second they still have not processed my return and delivered 3 packages anyways two of which were dented and had an odd smell. Some of the worst least helpful customer service I’ve ever experienced. Also I sincerely question the authenticity, as well as the quality of the damaged goods sent.

Customer service was not great. Lights were cheap looking. Company insisted on taking a 12.5% chunk of refund for shipping cost, which doesn't make sense. Shipping costs are based on size and weight. Additionally that policy was not disclosed in the return policy on their site.

I purchased a floor lamp that arrived damaged. I called the Customer Service number to report the problem. I had the pleasure of speaking with AnneMarie Gagnon, who was kind, friendly and carefully listened to my concerns. She asked me to send her photos of the damage then followed up quickly with an email informing me that she had processed a claim for replacement of the item. Two days later, I received an email from Claim Specialist, Grady O'Brien, regarding my claim, followed by two more emails to update me on the status of the claim. It was so refreshing to get immediate customer support from very nice, competent people!

I haven't received my product yet and I haven't been getting shipping updates. I called customer service twice, and they have been helpful, but bottom line- product is not here yet and it's been weeks.
