They gave me a Photoshop key for 49.99EUR wich has worked for a few weeks, then the Adobe Creative Cloud has shut it down because of unauthorized use of their product.
I couldn't activate the key on their website, so the program itself not connecting to any online Adobe services.
The worst part is, even my bank account has hacked after the purchase. Never, EVER buy anything from these fkn crooks.

After an easy successful installation of Office2021 on one laptop, I purchased another license for a second laptop. They inadvertently sent me the same license key as the first laptop, but quickly rectified the issue when I contacted them.

Yesterday I purchased an Adobe InDesign 2022 perpetual license, I received first the order number and then the license with a link to download the setup, but I encountered some problems:

1. The setup is not for InDesign 2022, but for 2021.
2. The 17-character key (5-4-4-4) I received can't be inserted anywhere, no tutorial, I searched in vain, it can't be used online at redeem Adobe.

While the product description is clear, it is not a cracked product, otherwise why pay 22€ for a cracked software that you can easily have, it has no logic.

I've written to them via the "contact us" link on the site, via email too, even via Google Meet, there is no other way to interact dynamically, no response, none... So I've just lost 22€ and an opportunity to win a small market.

No refund procedure, no communication, I'm forced to react here.
