Ordered MS Office the 25th of December. No product key received. First inquiry via the web form 29th, a second time via Mail 31st. No answer.
Several more mails and webforms everdince.
I now had a closer look to the site:

It is a scam - as simple as that!

Update: Miscommunication! It was not specified at the time of purchase that the software keys provided were valid for multiple installations.
Original Issue:
We purchased seven MSO keys from Licensigo; only three were original. The remaining four were duplicated and unusable, which is unacceptable for a paid service. We have contacted Licensigo multiple times by email to resolve this issue and have received no response.
Supplying duplicated keys and then failing to engage with a customer reflects extremely poor service and a lack of professionalism. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Licensigo.

No Delivery and No Response from Support
I purchased two software licenses by credit card. After completing the payment via Stripe, I was redirected to Licensigo’s website, where I was told I would receive an order confirmation email shortly, followed by the license keys via email.
Nothing ever arrived.
As outlined in their FAQ, I tried to contact them using the payment receipt through their contact form. At the same time, I sent an email to the listed support address and also called the phone number provided (with a UAE country code). More than 24 hours later, I had received no response whatsoever.
This is particularly frustrating because they explicitly state that customers should contact support within minutes if the licenses are not delivered. To be absolutely clear, I checked my spam/junk folders multiple times, and no emails from them ever arrived.
I received no reply at all: no explanation, no assistance. I am now requesting a chargeback through my bank. I cannot recommend this platform; based on my experience, it does not appear to be trustworthy.

Took money, did not send product key, not responding to e-mails
Purchased an adobe key (14th November) and i am yet to receive it.
E-mailed multiple times both through thier website and direct to the email address given on their website with no response.
