This is another client review I just copy and paste it because I had the same problem.
But know I found out that you must exclude the internet connection on the program so there will be no updates because the adobe will know and deactivate the account as unlicensed. I am still testing it and I will come back with answers.
Lightroom blocked by Adobe after 20 days.
Purchased perpetual license for Lightroom Classic 2023 desktop, download link and product key received immediately and software installed and working...for a few days! Then Adobe blocks it because it is detected as irregular. I then contacted the official Adobe customer support who confirmed that the product key provided is NOT a valid key and that Adobe has moved the offer to monthly subscription (with very few exceptions), therefore perpetual licenses no longer exist. Another note, even in the very few days in which it worked, it was not possible to update it...

This is a completely fake company… REPORT IT!!
This is a completely fake company selling fake and expired subscriptions.
There is no telephone no. for the company... no one you can speak to..
Your emails get blocked after you begin to suss that there is something fishy..
Licensigo, does not exist as a company anywhere...
The address on the website is 71-75 SHELTON ST LONDON WC2H 9JQ.
It's just a block of empty offices for rent available as a "non-trading company" on HMRC companies website.
Someone named "Carlo" responded to my few emails before blocking my email requests for assistance.
I WILL BE REPORTING Licensigo.com to the HMRC for investigation, to the consumer association and get to the bottom of this.
