NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!
I sent a registered letter within France, where I reside. Inspite of choosing "Envoyer sans abonnement" and after sending just one letter, they charged my credit card with a subscription fee of 39€ a few days later. I protested and they insisted that I had acknowledged their conditions. It took a few harsh e-mails to make them understand that I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE and that I would report their fraudulous behavior to my bank and the credit card company, they refunded the charge. At the same time I cancelled the subscription I never did. It takes a bit of pressure and severence, but in the end this always helps. So now I got their answer:
"As part of our Satisfaction policy, we confirm that we have cancelled your subscription and deleted your personal information, you will no longer be charged by our services and will no longer be able to access your account.
We have also refunded the amounts charged. This refund will be made to the account linked to the card you used on the day of your subscription. You will receive this refund within 7 working days. Please note that, depending on the bank, refunds may take longer than 7 days and may only be visible on your next statement."
I can only warn everyone to use this service... seems to be the latest "business model" these days.
