The liquorice is very high in quality. I bought a taster box and a salted liquorice pouch as birthday presents for my liquorice-obsessed dad and he was very pleased with both and has been munching his way through them at an alarming rate! Unfortunately, the delivery process was less than satisfactory. I would recommend the company not to use Hermes, as I have some experience of this courier and don't think it is the best for ensuring things get to their destinations on time and in one piece. I paid extra for express delivery but it took 7 days to arrive. Also the salty liquorice pouch had come open at the bottom and the package was full of loose salty liquorice when I opened it. A shame, because as I have already said above, the liquorice is very nice.

I ordered a box for my mums birthday which never arrived unfortunately. I contacted the company and they were sincerely apologetic. They were polite and sorted out the issue. They sent out a new box immediately and that eventually arrived. Royal Mail really screwed over the company and I hold no grudges. They did everything to chase the delivery and kept me updated. I can't fault their customer service or their products. Overall it was just unfortunate that Royal Mail screwed up and I could tell this was incredibly frustrating for them.
Overall, I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

They advertise as buy 2 and get 1 free, but when i order ed and paid, the free ones were not in the parcel .....However, a pleasant email apologised for their error and sent me my 2 free packets which arrived next day.

What a fab change from a chocolate advent! I didn’t realise there was so much choice in liquorice, we’ve loved everyone so far. I like the fact you don’t just get one either so we are sharing it. Great packaging.

Having placed an order in October and waiting several weeks for it to arrive I sent an email to you regarding when it was likely to turn up. The email you sent back told me my advent calender would very shortly be sent out..however I hadn't ordered an advent calender..another email from me..yours was very apologetic...yet here I am with still no delivery and funny the £24 has been taken out of my account..have used you throughout the last year..I feel very very let down
