A beautiful gift box for my mum, she loved it! Delivered when promised and looked fantastic. I will use Letterboxliquorice again

My first experience with LL was when there was an issue with the advent calendars. To be fair, I felt their pain, but they were courteous and sent me out a replacement as soon as I contacted them, and it arrived in time for my Mum’s birthday ready for 1st December.

She absolutely loves this liquorice - you can really taste the quality and difference to the shop bought liquorice in the UK. I’m not one to spend “artisan” or food fayre prices for confectionery, but this is such great quality and so delicious that it’s worth it, especially as a gift.

I have received a very kind reply to my review.
Having received a tracking number I tracked my parcel and I am told it still has not been delivered by Royal Mail. I realise deliveries are still covid-delayed at times which is frustrating for sellers and customers alike.
I shall not let this experience put me off using letterbox liquorice again as I feel it is important to support small businesses whenever possible.

Website was easy to use and I ordered some liquorice as a birthday present.
I placed the order on 18th Feb, it is now the 28th and no sign of it. I emailed the company but no response yet.
The birthday is on the 3rd March so I guess I shall have to resort to the usual last minute flowers.

Liquorice amazing and a much enjoyed gift. Scored lower as paid for express delivery but there was nothing express about it. Arrived 7 days after ordering. The dispatch wasn’t express either so not all down to delivery company (Royal Mail)
