Absolutely horrific company. No ethics, no morals and all about what they can rip out of anyone. They ride on the seat of their pants at all times. My advice is question absolutely EVERYTHING they say or do. You'll see what I mean shortly as it will be covered in the media.

Our accountants recommended Leonard Curtis for our members voluntary winding up. First a partner, Iain Nairn gave us a clear but comprehensive guide to how it would work, and once we were underway the work was handled brilliantly by Ellise Townsend. There were moments along the way which looked like problems to us but which disappeared or became manageable as soon as presented to Ellise. Excellent service by this firm

Our accountant put is in touch with Leonard Curtis, I had not heard of them. From the start I knew we could work with them to liquidate our company. We were assigned a dedicated member of staff Ellise Townsend who always replied to our enquiries promptly and had the answer. They also put us in touch with an excellent solicitor to handle property transfer as part of the liquidation. Ellise was very patient as this was a first for us, she explained everything clearly and was extremely pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone without any reserve. The service we received was prompt, professional and courteous. They made a potentially complex process clear and straight-forward.

As soon as Ben Bardsley took over our case everything moved along in a very efficient and orderly manner. He was very polite, helpful, and brought matters to a conclusion as soon as he was able. A very pleasant and competent gentleman!

When I wanted to close my private company as I no longer traded Leonard Curtis were recommended to me to handle the solvent liquidation.
