Dont waste your money on this site - they find every trick in the book not to pay withdrawals. What is the point of paying good money in good faith if that good faith is not reciprocated. Two lots of withdrawals 800 and 2000 - Rejected - due to fine print t&cs.. over 2000 deposited. No point - Unethical at best - probably more than that if investigated I suspect.

Appalling customer services at Bognor Regis Store - young lad manager - very aggressive behaviour - certainly needs training in customer handling - refused to give a refund as not their policy apparently. Arrogant, unprofessional behaviour, not a good representation of the company - refused to give his name - not surprisingly. Absolutely no sympathy, empathy, customer service, or Christmas Cheer !
Only bought last week and didn't fit .. just wanted a simple refund, which was categorically refused. Kim (65)

It was a huge relief to talk with Nicola Layland, and latterly Cheryl Richards, regarding financial burdens, and solutions. This was done with understanding, professionalism, expertise, sound reasoning and logic. It was light when there was none. I felt guided, and in good hands, having spoken to at least 7 other organisations prior to my contact with them. They acted quickly and efficiently, I was well informed along the way, and they managed to find and negotiate a financial solution/proposition, against all odds, that satisfied everyone, including myself, ultimately giving me time and space to fulfil my financial obligations over the next 3 years.
