Approaching Leonard Curtis for advice

Approaching Leonard Curtis for advice, I found their approach and advice to be exemplary. They were responsive, listened to the challenge(s) and responded in a manner which inspired confidence and assurance with respect to an area of activity, in which I was a novice. Our advisor encouraged trust and when I needed assistance with something quickly, she responded in kind and with an additional contact, who was equally useful.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish - do not use this company. About to cancel my service due to breach of contract on their part - no customer service ie it dreadful; no management available; no leadership other than poor. Feel free to contact me

No internet; no dongle either!

Another 24 hours of no internet; no call back although somebody did respond to my review yesterday but no action - oh and no dongle either!

Go Buy A Dongle

Mark has already written an eloquent statement with respect to his experience which 100% reflects my experience of today. So with grateful thanks to Mark ...
One Star is far far far more than I…
One Star is far far far more than I really want to give, I signed up after fabulous promises to find myself offered internet service as Kinex without agreement or instruction and with all monies paid, cancelled my internet service.
All the frontline Customer Service people do is tell you "Go buy a dongle" as though this is the answer to all our prayers for effective and efficient service. If I can't buy one locally, I got told "Go onto EBay or Amazon they'll get it to you the next day" without any appreciation of the inappropriateness or irony of her advice. No call backs, no employees who offer anything other than a broken record response of "Go by a dongle", told that escalating the problem means that a manager might call you back within 48 hours and that to go knock on a door where the senior managers are meeting would get the sales advisor sacked!!!

As small business specialists, we deliver the essential services that you rely on
YOU ONLY MANAGED TO REMOVE MINE I feel your pain.

This is a totally ineffective and inefficient enterprise who hide behind junior staff, don't keep their promises and are frankly a disgrace. Within the space of 5 minutes or so, I had been told to go Buy a Dongle at least 5 times. May I suggest you start using dongles yourselves ... it could be a new product line, you could Fedex them to customers when you fail to deliver the service for which they have paid.

We’re sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, as with our broadband provider, we cannot guarantee a fault-free service and broadband faults can occur from time to time. Occasionally, we will recommend that a customer purchases a third-party dongle to supply them with a temporary broadband connection while we investigate a broadband issue that we’ve been informed of to minimise the impact of any loss of service on their business. That being said this is only ever a recommendation; we appreciate that dongles are not a perfect solution and it is always our priority to address any broadband issues we’ve been made aware of as soon as possible.
