it was simple to use but your agent was overbearing

Half-baked solution at best. Also there are many add-on (hidden/surprise) fees. It's not a one-and-done solution with an all-in price, by any means. Very little transparency as a first-time LLC on what to do to ensure you are compliant. The lawyers that come with the "lawyer consultation plan" can't seem to be bothered with conversations longer than 5 minutes, and expect you to know the questions you need to ask about your LLC. LOTS of loose ends e.g. filing articles of organization with your county registrar, applying for business licenses (city and county), annual report filings, etc. and so on that you have to know, or figure out quickly, to ensure you are fully set up and compliant. And if you're expecting there to be a simple but comprehensive checklist provided by LegalZoom and specific to your state,....guess again. But there are additional plans you can buy through LZ to figure it out for you. Know before you buy.

From the last 2 weeks LegalZoom has been spamming my email with the same “Message from Trademark Attorney” email, but when I click on the link it says “sorry something’s wrong on our end”. Everyday! 2-3 times a day! Same email! Never works! When I called LegalZoom today @11am, they had no idea about the emails, bounced me around to 3 different people who did not help. The last guy put me on hold which brought back up the welcome menu when you first call.😤😡🤬 They’re really showing me that they do not value their clients. After years of working with LegalZoom, I would NEVER make this mistake again. I really hate that I used them this round. It’s been total chaos and B.S.

What made the experience great was the patient that that everyone had with me and easy to talk to and was more than willing to help specially with the questions

Very easy to work with legal zoom especially the knowledgeable reps. Also, only takes a few minutes to set up most legal docs needed. Exceptional service!

I especially liked the 3-payment plan and the binder I will receive to keep my business papers organized. LegalZoom is a highly rated company that really helps small businesses get started and stay compliant.

Mildred was extremely patient with me and stayed on the phone with me until my changes were complete and verified.
I was not expecting her to hang on with me to the end, so it was a lovely experience for me because most reps try to get people off the phone asap. :-)

What made this call today with Bhakti is that she was able to explain everting and with clarity the last 2 calls were good but this one was the best of all

I was surprised that after I signed up and the service didn't work for me I was emailed a survey. I answered honestly and someone called from that survey and got me a refund. I am so grateful that they took the time out to make sure it was working for me that I went from someone who wouldn't use it in the future to someone who definitely would use it in the future. I am very grateful to legal zoom for making sure their service was a right fit. The man who called was very patient with my long story and very kind too.

I am very disappointed with your services. Your team let me down and I’m still waiting to resolve my issues. I would not recommend you to anyone.

Promptly and correctly assessed the Legal Zoom software error and processed a credit to customer credit card. Pleasant and understandable.

Encountered some complications establishing my LLC..... I made two separate calls to Legalzoom to address my situation. I talked with five different individuals in total! No one really seemed to understand why my order was being held up, they just kept transferring me!! Luckily, the last person they transfered me to was named Michelle!!!! She was able to help me right away.... She was very personable, very professional and just very pleasant to talk with! She handled my situation like she genuinely cared about fixing my problem! If it wasn't for her.... I would have serious doubt as to whether Legalzoom was the right company to work with to help me establish my company! Michelle even called me a day later with follow up information..... Bravo to Michelle, excellent customer service! She also sent an email with all her contact information in case I had any follow up issues, she said I could reach out to her anytime! It makes a difference to the consumers when your employees actually care about the guy on the other end of the phone! Legalzoom is lucky to have her!!!!! Wow.... While I'm writing this review, she called to tell me that my LLC is officially formed......
