Items arrived on time, well packaged and as described. Great communication with customer support about sizing. Very happy customer. I am a 16 collar, 42 chest and the medium Flannel Grandfather shirt fitted perfectly.

I ordered a hat (order # 116872) from Lee Valley. The hat never arrived and I was never refunded my $100. I contacted the company several times and each time was told I would receive a refund. As stated the refund never came and its now months later. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

DREADFUL experience!
Nightshirt was a massive 8" wider across the chest than stated on their accompanying size chart. The quality of the linen wasn't as good as expected from viewing their website either. No apologies in any subsequent contact. Expected to return at my own expense. They eventually offered to refund return postage but never did. Told to wait 10 days for refund after they received item back because the lady who did refunds was on holiday. That day came and went so had to raise case with PayPal. I would avoid at all costs!!!

The items themselves are absolutely fantastic—well-made, cozy, and so comfortable that both my husband and I slept soundly in our new nightcaps. We’re definitely planning to come back for the full set of pajamas. The only downside was the delivery, which took much longer than UPS originally promised and unfortunately missed my husband’s birthday. I also reached out to Lee Valley for an update but never got a response. That’s the only reason I can’t give a full five stars. Hopefully, they improve their communication because the product quality is truly top-notch.

I was looking for some good quality loungewear for the winter and came across Lee Valley.

I bought their Fleece lined pants and wow the comfort and warmth was better than any high street fashion store.

Currently purchasing flannel wear for the spring.

Great quality.

Order took over 2 weeks to arrive 😫
Dressing gown and slippers not as luxurious as the photos or description.
Another 2 weeks to return but they very kindly paid for the customs.
Another 2 weeks for the refund 😒

I have placed an order on December 18. The last update I got was that my package was leaving Dublin on the 22 internationally and then no updates. I have emailed the company twice (customer service) to have information to see where the package was at and they have not responded to me. I do not know if I will ever see this package. I am disappointed by the poor communication.
