Love this service. Gorgeous range of clothes at a range of prices.
Had a slight snag with a change of address but the issue was dealt with so efficiently and effectively by an amazing customer service team. Easy to contact and they came back within minutes, on a Sunday!! I’ve used NIFT a few times now and couldn’t recommend more highly.

NIFT were brilliant - the item I’d been searching for was in stock at a lower price and delivery was offered as quickly as that day.
The item wasn’t quite right in the end but the team responded so fast with return instructions and the refund came in within 24hrs. Can’t recommend enough - they have a great range on the site too.

Absolutely stoked that not only did they have the jacket I wanted, it was better priced and delivery was a few hours after I purchased it. Would 100% recommend - where has this level of service been all my life?

Got Yuketen hex eye shoes in light brown. Very pricey but got 10% off with a welcome code. Nice shoes. Took 5 days using usual logistics (UPS standard), which was charged for even when paying nearly £600. Nothing special at all on the delivery front. 'Need It In Five Days' wouldn't have the same ring tho'. Overall reasonably happy.

They took ages to arrive and not within the estimated delivery time frame and extremely expensive for what they are. The packaging wasn't the best either.

I ordered my item and thought there is no way that it can arrive in 90 minutes. Hey presto! My order arrived 90 minutes later as promised- no delays, no excuses. Customer support was also really helpful when I had a quick question before ordering. Will definitely be using them again!

So I was scouring the internet for particular pair of shoes. NIFT was advertising this pair from a separate website with a discount code. I just thought it was too good to be true. I did all the checks to see if they were a legitimate company, and trust pilot alleviated my concerns, the website is also polished. So placed my order, but it was at pending status, I send an email to Simone from NIFT and she answered all my queries professionally. I received an order confirmation and tracking soon after her email. I am now just waiting for the shoes to arrive. So far really happy with the service.

I was initially sceptical of the company as its not a household name but few reviews off the trust pilot did the trick for me. However, doubts cripped in due to delay in response after payment. I falsely convinced myself its one of the scam site though not for long because the process leading to the point of delivery ended in just a day as the name of the company sounds. Most importantly, the genuineness of the product needs to be applauded. So rest assured you are dealing with capable hands. Delivery was to my door step too, 3 floor.

Not a London customer so can’t avail of the 90 minute delivery options but recently used them to purchase a last minute holiday outfit.

Made the order on a Saturday afternoon. Original delivery window was Tuesday all day which wasn’t going to work as we needed to leave for the airport on Tuesday morning. But the team and Dasha in particular did everything she could to get me my outfit in time.

Service was great and for that I’ll be back. Think maybe some of the FAQs could do with refinement and updating so there’s more info prior to placing an order (it wasn’t clear that next day delivery wouldn’t apply over the weekend and seemingly things bought on the weekend are processed on a Monday). Plus it would be amazing to have better weekend coverage but key thing is that they worked to ensure the parcel got to me in time which was amazing
