Lee and Tony delivered new sofa today. Phoned to give estimated time, which was great and knew exactly when to expect them

Very professional and friendly service

We ordered two G Plan leather swivel chairs during the Xmas sale. The staff in the Cheltenham branch were extremely helpful and allowed us to borrow the sample books on more than one occasion. We placed an order and overnight I had a change of heart on the colour we had chosen .They were very good about it and allowed us to change the order.The chairs were delivered just before Easter by Frank and Darren who were very efficient and friendly. They kindly moved our old swivel chair into our garage which was a great help. We are very pleased with the chairs and the service from Lee Longlands

Pleasure to deal with this company. Bought a footstool from the clearance section online. Fran at the Abingdon store was a pleasure to deal with, as was the distribution team and the delivery driver. White glove service, excellent free warranty. Hoping to deal with them again

My new settee arrived today amazingly comfee. The service was excellent.

Everything happened exactly as was planned. Had phone call in the morning telling us approx. time of arrival. Arrived when said. Men Richard and Alan absolutely super. Unpacked and checked goods and tested electronics, took away old chair and brought a ray of sunshine into our house. thank you.

Dominic and Adam who delivered my sofas were polite, calm and efficient.
They had the sofas installed just were I wanted them in no time at all and took all the rubbish away with them.

I was called approximately 30 minutes before receiving my delivery of a new mattress. Connor and Dom arrived on time and were able to drop the mattress into the bedroom within 5 minutes. They also took all of the plastic wrapping away with them. They were polite and conscientious throughout. The customer service has been fantastic at all times. Would highly recommend.

We received a call at 8.30 am to advise our delivery time between 11am and 1pm. Richard and Alan arrived just after 11 and were polite, courteous and very professional. They assessed the location of where the furniture was being taken and gave advice regarding potential obstructions. They cleaned up efficiently after themselves and suggested the best way of moving a large settee to avoid potential injury. They also preferred advice on cleaning etc. Excellent overall.

Delivery men richard and alan were very friendly.no problem about bringing our new sofa up the allyway to our house.

Excellent furniture, with good choice in the showroom and a knowledgeable sales person. Excellent delivery arrangements with good communication beforehand. Dom and Connor were the delivery guys and they were great. Careful and efficient

Unpacked the sofas took all the packaging away. They worked very quickly as they were aware that we were limited for time as our delivery slot was at the end of the day.
Very pleased with our Sofas and service.

Dom and Connor were great. They delivered our ivory table and placed it exactly were we needed it and it looks really beautiful.

Richard and Alan were great. They contacted us by mobile to advise of estimated time of arrival and again when they were a short distance away. They were very friendly and polite and did a wonderful job of assembling our super king bed and side tables. They took away all the boxes etc and left the bedroom clean and tidy. Both guys are a credit to the Company.

Lee & Tony arrived early this morning, having driven all the way from Birmingham to London in snow & bad weather. They were so cheery & tidy. They delivered some big items of furniture up two flights of stairs & promptly assembled the items. They got me to check it all thoroughly & were very neat. They tidied up so nicely before they left. A BIG thank you guys.

Rhys and Mark arrived on time, were polite, and just got with the job in hand. Cleared all packaging and off they went! It was snowing and they had a very busy day ahead of them. cant wait to try out my new bed
