I would happily recommend the Derby store despite some initial issues, Jade took time to find solutions and has been very supportive throughout. Our new sofas were delivered by Frank and David who took great care in removing the original sofas and bringing in the new ones. Excellent customer service from everyone we had contact with.

I have had a brilliant experience from the beginning middle and end. I would highly recommend these guys.

Had 2 new chairs delivered by Richard and Alan on 16th June. Did write a review about how brilliant that was now here I am again! A settee and chair delivered by them this morning. They are so pleasant, helpful and generally brilliant! A pleasure to see them and a huge boost to Lee Longland's reputation. Thanks to them both!

Richard and Alan delivered and installed our sofa and chairs without any fuss. They were quick and efficient and took away all the packaging. They 'phoned beforehand to give us an eta.

Frank and Mark delivered our sofa on Wednesday, top fellas. Were really helpful and polite, could not ask for better customer service

Mark & David made our delivery today and were friendly, professional and helpful.

Ordered a new Settee and Chairs lovely quality and the 2 guys (Richard&Alan) who delivered them worked extremely hard and with care. Can't give them enough praise as it was a very difficult job

I can't recommend Lee Longlands highly enough. We ordered our bed from the Abingdon store at the recommendation of Graham from the Cheltenham store. Everyone we had contact will were friendly, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us. When it came to delivery, Tom and Jonathan were respectful of our property and very professional, explaining what they were doing as they went along. Thank you for an amazing service as always.

From first visiting the Birmingham store to choose the settee and chairs, through to the delivery and installation everything has been fantastic.
Really pleased with our new furniture. Thanks to Jag and Sukhy in store and to Richard and Alan who delivered and installed the furniture.

Had ordered 2 bedside cabinets and went into store to see if they were ready for collection. As the store is in a pedestrian only zone collection can only be made by car before 10am. They were there ready and Simon very kindly offered to deliver them after work. As we are both getting on in years this was a very generous offer.
Great to see someone go the extra mile for customers.

Jonathan and Billy, I think his name was, delivered our sofa today. Rang to give us a time estimate in advance. Turned up bang on time. Both were really friendly and helpful. Great delivery service!

After a positive buying experience we feel very let down as six months later we are still waiting for a sofa. At the last hurdle, customer service has failed us, and we have been frustrated by the lack of communication. Be careful what you buy.

Disgusted with this company. We purchased their Annabella sofa, after waiting ages for it, it was clear within a few weeks that there was a manufacturer fault with it as the legs were all different lengths. After 6 months we eventually got a replacement and this within a month started to sag even though the description says "Seats with no sag spring", by four months this sofa was unbearably uncomfortable. Even more so for me with Psoriatic arthritis and Fibromyalgia. We obviously knew from the previous sofa we'd had for 6 months that this wear wasn't usual. So after complaining we eventually got someone out who has said this wear is usual so they are refusing to help. How can a £3k sofa be sagging to the point of being able to feel the wood frame normal and within months. Especially as I said it didn't happen on the one before. Disgusting customer service and I will avoiding them like the plague and advise others to do the same.

We had delivery of our new furniture today 28th April that we had ordered from the Kidderminster store on 2/1/2023 expertly overseen by Vic Galea see order ref KM522587. Lee Longlands two delivery men - Richard and Alan - did a brilliant job in off loading, installing and setting up all the furniture, they were on time and very courteous and were a credit to Lee Longlands, thank you to all involved.

Very good service - phoned and arrived at agreed times, using small van as requested.
Worked cheerfully and took time to fit felt circles on the sofa to prevent damage to my wooden floor.

It's took good time to deliver the items which is was available in the store already. However, delivery guys Tom and Lee were amazing. They called in advance to inform about time window of arriving, been there in time and set everything up quickly with very professional maner.
The quality of the items were excellent too! Highly recommend.

Had delivery today from Richard & Alan. Rang ahead to give estimated time as promised. Upon arrival found slight problem with one of legs. Sorted it out within 20 mins . Very courteous and friendly.

From day we went into store to day of delivery, every member of staff were brilliant and totally professional and knowledgeable whilst being friendly and honest. Delivery of our mattress - date was arranged a few weeks in advance, then further phone calls to advise of estimated time of delivery on day. Lee and Tony were our delivery drivers and an absolute credit to Lee Longlands, they were totally professional whilst being incredibly friendly and very amusing. What an asset they are to Lee Longlands. Mattress is fine and although it took us a few hours in the store, testing out a few different makes and comforts we have made the right choice with the incredible advise provided by your salesman.
