Frank and David delivered my modular sofa this afternoon. They were a treat from start to finish. Both professional and friendly. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the service. It was a tricky delivery up two flights of stairs. Would ask for them specifically to deliver any furniture in the future. Well done lads. You are a credit to Lee Longlands - I hope they appreciate you!

Frank,David and John delivered our sofa and chairs today. It wasn’t an easy job as furniture very heavy and access to second floor flat not easy to negotiate. However with cheerful faces they managed it excellently.Brilliant workers who made sure the room was left as found. Lovely people showing so much respect.Well done Lee Longlands employing such men.

Richard and Will delivered our mattress today. They couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful. Good blokes too. Great job by them both and thank you.

Tom and John were very decent lads who took care and attention with our sofa. They had to carry it up two flights of stairs to our flat, but made no fuss about that at all. It was all unwrapped carefully and packaging taken away (a bonus). Extremely pleasant chaps and very personable.

The guys did a great job in putting the bed together moving all the waste and were neat and tidy. Very courteous and helpful.

Richard and Lee delivered my replacement suite on the 29th August. They were within the time frame provided, phoned to let me know when they’d be here, were, polite, courteous and efficient and removed the previous suite, then brought in the replacement without any bother or mess. The job was done effectively and efficiently and I’m very grateful to them for their care and courtesy. The fact Richard is a fellow Villa fan was an added bonus!! Many thanks chaps, you deserve my 5 stars. Kate.

Just had a furniture delivery, they phoned first thing and kept me informed through the day and arrived as promised, Will and Lee put the furniture together and tidied up etc very efficient, polite, tidy men who obviously knew what they were doing very good service, thanks

Frank and Mark delivered a chair to us today, so that we’d could decide if it was suitable for the room. They were friendly, polite and really helpful.

Delivery team, Frank and Mark arrived within scheduled time slot, we're fast and afficient, careful of our house/walls etc and assembled our bed super fast. As well as being polite and friendly.

Will and Lee delivered our new sofas and footstool today, in the pouring rain! but they arrived within the 1hr slot we were given; the furniture was very well covered and protected; Will and Lee were cheerful, quick (made the job look easy although I'm sure it wasn't); and very professional. After having assembled and placed the furniture where I wanted it, they removed all the packaging and went. Excellent service! Thank you.

I had good customer service in the Derby branch of lee longlands by Kay and also it was delivered on the day in the allotted time by Richard and Alan who were efficient

Delivery men, Richard and Alan, were polite, very knowledgeable about their service, very efficient and very careful about my property. Brilliant!

5 Star delivery from Frank and David today. I finally got my replacement chairs (only ordered them first week of March!) But they look great.
Frank and David are so friendly and efficient, apologising again for all the delays, which were never their fault. Sadly the manufacturers and Lee Longlands.
Still waiting for Customer Service to confirm my compensation though!
