The customer service was prompt and excellent, all thanks to Shaikh Tahanun for helping me out with the issue.

I had suddenly realised our deal was almost cancelled due to payments being taken from an old card, but he reactivated it seamlessly at 10.30 on a saturday night, when I was worried i would have had to wait till monday ti get assistance . Excellent IT help

I was very fortunate to get through to Shivram Singh when I called Lebara's IT Help Desk.
I'd previously wasted a lot of time trying to get an issue sorted via their 'text chat' without success, but Shivram immediately understood the issue and guided me through to a resolution. He was knowledgeable, patient, helpful and polite. Thank you Shivram.
