Not getting back to me regarding compensation their sire says owed if problems setting up SIM or phone. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for my SIM to work and now I'm being ignored again.

Left a previous review on Trustpilot due to my calls dropping out & appalling customer service.
Received a response to my previous review from Lebara suggesting that they were keen to help me resolve matters and asked for me to contact them on their Trustpilot escalation email address.
Received one call from that department but now they too fail to call back when promised.
When you call to try and speak to someone yourself from their department - you are always fobbed off “they’re not in the office yet, someone will call you back”…
It’s the same excuses every time.
Don’t waste your time with this provider… all will be fine until you need anything from customer service or their technical team and then you will see exactly what kind of provider they really are… nobody seems to be true to their word.
I will be escalating to Communication Ombudsman so a resolution is actually received.

I am forced to write this after two months of systematic service failure, ignored formal complaints, and now, the unexplained cancellation of my contract.
Since my initial complaint on 07/03/26 (Order G0041102869), my experience with Lebara has been a series of broken promises:
• Failed Callbacks: Despite Lebara’s "Care" team emailing multiple times (24/03, 01/04, and 02/05) to apologize and request a time to resolve this, they have repeatedly failed to call at the agreed times.
• Contract Terminated Without Notice: My auto-renewal contract, confirmed by Shasheem on 01/04, was suddenly cancelled on 01/05 with no notification, leaving me without a working phone line.
• Vulnerability Ignored: Lebara is fully aware that I am a caregiver for my seriously unwell parents. Being left without a phone for medical emergencies is causing significant and unnecessary distress.
• Unprofessional Conduct: I have been hung up on by three separate agents (Moin, Rulin, and Zeeshaw) and given conflicting information by Joel, Santos, and others.
Lebara has ignored my repeated requests for their formal Complaints Handling Procedure and a "Letter of Deadlock". I have given them every opportunity to rectify their errors with still no response to date.
I look forward to your prompt reply otherwise I will be escalating this to the Communications Ombudsman as a priority case of service failure and breach of contract.

lebara big scammcompony, from all top up credit stoll, only one text message use after all credit gone..in last 3years from circa £200 top up I sent 10text message and allmoney credit out..Lebara big brobber branch!!
