Robert thoroughly communicated everything that he was going to do to find the problem. He was kind and friendly. And he quickly resolved the issue!

Zero stars would be best. I received the Leakbot through my insurance and they came out because they detected a leak. After the “technician” came he found a very very small leak in 2 toilets. He didn’t explain anything he was going to do. He just “fixed” it and then told us that one toilet is fixed but now the other toilet that was hardly leaking is now really leaking and then he left. So he made a huge issue out of a toilet that was hardly even leaking and then left. I understand that the contract claims only up to $250. But the fact that the technician ruined our toilet is unacceptable. We called Leakbot and they said they will send the same guy out and none of their techs are actual plumbers!!
So stay away from this company, even if you think because it is coming from your insurance company it’s a good idea.

What a fantastic service. Your engineer Tom was brilliant - he found one major and one minor leak and fixed them both. He explained what he was doing throughout and was very tidy and professional - an absolute pleasure when so many tradesmen these days do a shoddy job.

Daniele was excellent, checked all our taps, cisterns, etc, and replaced washers on kitchen taps

Dennis was excellent, again - punctual, courteous and helpful. He identified the problem - broken stopcock - and explained what we now need to do. Thank you again for excellent service.

The customer service at LeakBot is excellent. We received an alert, tried to troubleshoot ourselves and when that didn't work we contacted LeakBot to schedule an appointment with a plumber. Carl did a great job, was very professional, identified the issue and was able to fix it quickly and provide a clear explanation of what went wrong (toilet valve was leaking and needed to be replaced). I also appreciated when scheduling that after I made the initial appointment, the team contacted me to offer an earlier available appointment. Based on this experience, I would recommend LeakBot to family and friends.

Phenomenal. Can’t believe my insurance covered this. The guy showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem. The serviceman was kind, knowledgeable and gave recommendations for other maintenance opportunities to watch for in the future. I will call again. Thank you!!!

I was very concerned about the situation because the LeakBot continued to inform me of a leak I could not find. The gentlemen who came to our home, Malvin was very professional, he continued to test areas until he was able to find the source and take care of the problem, thereby giving me peace.

Efficient friendly service with explanations given.

Carl, was professional, competent and possesses very good communication skills. He tested our system and provided recommendations for the proper installation of the Leakbot monitor. He gave us a very positive experience.

The visiting engineer was extremely professional and competent. Going forward it will be interesting to see how good the 'back office' team are going to be with providing updated and accurate/timed readings of water usage.

Robert was extremely friendly and explained everything. He found the leak and fixed it. He also identified a second leak that a different plumber will be scheduled to come fix. This all cost me nothing beyond the insurance premium I am already paying. Fantastic.

LeakBot notified me right away that we had a leak somewhere so no damage occurred. The technician did a fast and efficient job finding 2 leaks and repaired them both in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and really did a great job.

Daniele really wanted to sort out the problem, no obvious sign of a leak, but he was persistent in finding it, and insisted on sorting it then and there, even going to a local plumbing centre at one point to get parts. Fantastic, cheerful, thank you

The plumber was polite and professional. He put on overshoes before coming into the house. The problem witth the joint was fixed.
