Poor delivery
The order took more than a week to arrive from the delivery date, the company sending the wine boxes never contact me, send me any mail or text. I have no idea How was the parcel ongoing, they deliver to my neighbors who is an empty house and they said in the report that nobody was home, while family was at the house at all time, very poor service. Luckily the customer service agent was very helpful, and for days she was trying find out where it was the parcel.
