We are really surprised by your email, for us your parcel has been received Wednesday 27 November by M Saldana at the reception area of Dlanstudio as you can see on the USPS tracker, and the 2 others pictures confirm the proof of delivery.
All our parcel travel with tracking number and I can confirm that in your customer account you’ve got it.
7 days for a delivery in US it’s normal and regarding the storage for a period like that it’s not a problem.
Please advise us if it’s a mistake on your side and if you continue to challenge the delivery we will explain you how to file a complaint.

Excellent! I ordered a bottle of vintage champagne to be delivered to Australia. Champagne was packaged and posted very quick and once it left France it arrived in few days. The bottle was as described. I will definitely use your services again. Thank you!
