Dress
I have ordered a dress from May 3rd for my birthday on the 17th of May. I paid $24 for express delivery to be able to receive it within a few days. My order did not come on time. I emailed them, and the reply I received was that the dress is still in production and not ready yet. On June 1st, I received my dress, which did not match the description that I ordered; there was no label, and the dress is not usable. I am so disappointed; Lavechic is a scammer. Please do not buy any product from this company. Poorly printed outside of the dress and inside was just a plain white, not the same print as outside like the photo on their website. The ruffles of the dress look terrible.

Not providing refund
I have made a complaint via email, WhatsApp and reviews and Lavechic have apologized for their poor actions and not providing the refund ofc40% that they agreed to and have said they'd address this immediately. 1 week later I still haven't received a refund. Would never advise anyone to shop here as they take your money but don't refund it, and never get back to you when you contact them

Purchased a jump suit from this company. The jump suit looked to be made of quality materials with structure and elegance.
What I got was polyester with silver sparkles and poor stitching.
Took the risk due to the company's promise for free and easy returns. There was not mention that I would be required to absorb the cost of shipping the garment back to China.
DO NOT PURCHASE.
Their marketing is fake, their returns are impossible. You'll waste your money.
The company’s response to this review is all words and no action. They’ve done nothing to make this situation right.

If I could give no stars I would. I received my order and was absolutely shocked with the condition and quality. There are no tags or labels, and looks nothing like the advertised item. The fabric wasn't even as described. I asked for a full refund and they've given me another option which I just don't want. Any money returned will be a win. I hope they do otherwise further action will be taken.
This website is obviously a scam in its entirety.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a dress and it is too small. I emailed them 1 day after I received the dress (dress in its original condition with tags on it as I only tried it on for a couple of minutes). They sent a reply asking me to send them a proof via a picture of me in the dress. This is ridiculous and I have never heard of such a thing.

The clothes are a car crash. I’ve wasted £300 & I can’t even give these clothes away. The quality is an absolute joke…they come severely crumpled up & look like they are made by a blind 5 year old. Very disappointing experience with Lavechic. The quality of the products is extremely poor and nothing like what is shown in the photos on the website. The sizing is inaccurate, the material feels cheap (mostly plastic), and the finishing is very low quality.
What is even more frustrating is the return policy. If you are not satisfied, you have to cover the return shipping costs yourself, which in my case was 45€. This makes returning low-quality items unreasonable and very inconvenient.
I would not recommend ordering from this website unless you are prepared to risk receiving products that look completely different from what is advertised and paying expensive return fees.

The inside of the dress is all white and the fabric is a 100% synthetic.
The chest area is stretch,and definitely can not be worn without a bra.
Im a customer of SHEIN, and i wouldn't look at this dress twice.

Please do not purchase from this company. They do NOT honor their written return policy which provides that they will cover the return shipping if they send the wrong item. They have refused to provide a complete refund unless I personally cover the high expense of sending the item back. Alternatively, if I don’t want to send it back, they have offered me a 30% refund — on something I did not order and do not want. Customers should not have to cover for company mistakes.
