This company is not professional at all…

This company is not professional at all and has the worst customer service never mind to mention extremely poor quality of clothes. I ordered 3 dresses back in November and spent a lot of money, they suggested a 20% refund which I declined and sent the items back and paid international shipment spending more money which is ridiculous. We are now in April and I am still waiting for a refund on my items. I have emailed the provided customer service email address info@lavechic and have had no responses. I have sent the last 5 emails chasing my payment which has been 5 months now and still have not received my refund and all of my emails are now getting ignored.

Its disgusting that you call yourself an online fashion brand when you cant have the basics covered and are taking money of customers and not refunding when you should and ignoring all correspondences.

Please do not shop here they are a scam and I have wasted over £150 to this company for nothing!

Do not buy from them!! Return to China

Do not buy from them!!! I ordered 2 dresses from them. I verified that they had a return policy. They arrived and the construction and proportions were off. I tried to return them and they sent me an address in China to return them. The cost and hassle aren’t worth it and they know that. They are selling junk that you can’t reasonably return. Don’t waste your time or money.

In the picture, the outfits look beautiful. It's so cheap.

This company is a big rip off

This company is a big rip off. I purchased 3 dresses that took over 3 weeks to receive. The dresses didn't fit so I emailed them for a return and refund. They keep offering a partial refund of 20% and I keep the dresses. I don't want the dresses because it doesn't fit. It's too small. Finally, after 7 emails back and forth, they blocked me from the email. I've tried to call but the number is not good. I'm now out $177.75 and stuck with 3 dresses that doesn't fit. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I did not expect real suede, but I did expect a suedette & definitely embroidery on the purchased “ Vintage Brown V-Neck Suede Embroidered Mini Dress”. It’s nasty. Have requested return via email.

This company is horrible. Do not order from them. Dress received and it looks nothing like the picture. DO NOT SHOP AT LAVECHIC

If anyone is thinking about placing your order in 2026. DO NOT! I placed an order for a sheer skirt and received a shipping delay notice I then requested to cancel They shipped it anyway and Not only was the product not as advertised, I was told that I would have to pay for the return fee to China

No, I do not want the item it does not go down to the floor as advertised. I am 5 ft 8 in and I wear a size 6/8 there is no reason that a large or XL should not have went to the floor on me as advertised.
Your customer service is horrible.
You notified me that the item was going to be delayed and you asked me if I wanted to cancel it I said yes cancel it.
Then you presented me with other options as refunding my shipping cost and still send the item. Once you disregarded my reply to cancel it and you still sent the item you should have honored the refund of my shipping cost.
Now I'm trying to send it back to you.
I SHOULD NOT have to pay any return shipping cost for an item that you told me was going to be delayed and you asked me if I wanted it to be canceled and I said yes. It is your PROBLEM that you sent it anyway

YOU sent me an email stating a delay and YOU gave me the option to CANCEL. I chose to CANCEL and YOU shipped it anyway and since you shipped it anyway once I received it I tried it on anyway and it is horrible.

I paid for a dress on the 25th of…

I paid for a dress on the 25th of January 2026 and I did not receive anything and today is the 9th of March. They made all sorts of excuses not to deliver the dress. I asked for a refund but they refused. I suspected that the tracking details was faked. It is a scam. Don't buy it from them.
