I wish I can give them a minus stars. This guys are ridiculous. They take your money in USD when ordering from overseas though paying with Sri Lankan cards. Then we give them time frame to deliver the items. I’m still waiting to receive the items that I fully paid and it’s been 3+ hours for the time they promised. Very very bad customer service. No one answer the phone. Or reply on WhatsApp. Please don’t use them anymore. This is almost a scam.

Terrible Experience. My order canceled at the last mminute telling the day suddenly fulled due to mothers day. Ruin my time

Terrible experience. My order was forgotten due to a "system error" and was only processed after I followed up. No one answered calls, chat support was slow, and the gift missed the important date. Completely unprofessional. I’ll never use this service again.

Never ever Deliver on time. ExampleSupposed to deliver March 1, but they deliver on March 3rd

Ordered gifts and a flower bouquet for Valentines, as I have done few time prior in the recent past. The flowers started to wither the very next day (though in the website it had mentioned it’ll stay fresh for atleast 3 days).

One of the two gifts never arrived though it was promised by the delivery guy that it would be delivered the next day from Colombo.

I did contact the customer care complaints emails within the given 48 hours period about this issue. Spoke to them via the WhatsApp number and raised the issue again.

Been almost two weeks, there’s been absolutely no response from anyone till date.

They don't have a cancelation method . I was sent an order and 24 hours before delivery date, as the receipient was out of her home . I contacted thier hotline as well as through email . There was no acknowledgement of the cancelation. They deliberately don't have a cancelation method so they can avoid paying a refund to the customers .
Very money minded, unethical company.
When calling the hotline , the call center girl said the online centre is notified . But even after 3 days no Sms or anything .

They are scamming people by refusing refund for those who canceled an order before delivery date .

I ordered flowers and a cake for anniversary, I picked the 6am-noon slot, and it was delivered around 7pm, flowers and cake are nothing like described. The delivery person was rude to the receiver as well. Never again I will use or reccomened lassana flora to anyone

Ordered to gift someone for their Birthday. Order delayed for next day. Also, item is damaged when receiving.

I place a order on 11/02/2025 for deliver 14/02/2025 but oder didn’t delivere on time after that they say oder has been returned.i tried to contact them sevaral times they never responded. i’m so disappointed about this company (sri lanka lasana .com)wasting money

My husband has ordered a gift for Valentine’s Day by delivery time between 4-6. But they have called me at 8.00 to deliver my gift. Even didn’t inform about the delay.
Very poor service and communication

I ordered a cake from Hilton through Lassana Flora for my mom's birthday, and the delivery was very disappointing. When the cake arrived, it was melted, with parts of the icing was missing, and the top of the cake looked unappealing. This was not the first time but it happens to me twice now. Really disappointed. I don’t think again I will order from you but Please ensure better quality and service for your customers in the future.

I placed an order on February 11th with the expectation that it would arrive in time for Valentine's Day, but it's now February 14th and my gift hasn't been delivered yet. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since the delivery was supposed to be timely for such an important occasion. I won't be ordering from here again if this is how orders are handled

I received an email saying my order was delivered, but I haven't received anything. I’ve tried to contact customer support, but there’s no way to reach them. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I have ordered a gift from Lassana Flora on 9th February 2025 to be delivered on 14th Feb 2025 between 8AM-5PM.
But it was actually delivered around 11PM and that’s also after lots and lots of efforts. Even we had to go to pick it from them…They are not gonna come to your doorstep.

It’s not only me who have faced this problem but many and if you search their page you will see the comments.
I have decided to post this because if you ever plan to get a service from them…PLEASE DON’T‼️‼️‼️

Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered a flower bouquet and cake on Valentine's Day, with a scheduled delivery between 12 PM and 6 PM. However, it was delivered at 11 PM without any prior information or update about the delay.Very poor customer service and communication. Not acceptable for such an important occasion!

We live in Australia and we used these guys first time last year to send Avurudu gifts to my parents and my wife's parents, they failed to deliver. When I asked they offered me a 3,000LKR gift voucher. We tried it for the second time sending a gift to my father-in-law's birthday, and wasn't delivered. Neverever use this platform to send anything as they take the payment first in USD and fail to deliver their product and service both. It is a royal scam. Best option is to find a specific merchant or ask a family member to help getting a gift. Stay away from this scam

Did not deliver saying the lorry they came in was too big to come along a 15 foot road with a garden at the end where they could have anything short of a container!! Currently making it very difficult to even obtain a refund.
Very unhelpful customer service personnel who cannot tell anything definite and transfers the phone call to places that do not pick up the phone.

Had a very bad delivery experience recently . Ordered a bouquet of flowers and a cake for mom and the estimated delivery time i had put was 6am-12p.m . They said that order was ready to dispatch at 7am. But didn't receive the order in the time limit they sent. Was very annoyed and had to cancel so many plans and stay at the house until it arrived. THERE WAS NO HOTLINE TO CALL OR A PROCESS TO TRACK MY ORDER.Very bad experience with the delivery. Never gonna order again.
We have other plans to attend as well. If the order was ready by 7am. I don't know what they did for so many hours. VERY DISSAPOINTED AND DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

This is the third time my order hasn’t been delivered on due date.
Even though it’s says same day delivery in Colombo it’s not been delivered.

We spent big amount to make our loved once special days memorable when we are far but Lassana.com do not keep up their promises.
The quality of the product are good but
It’s a worst online delivery service can be used from Sri Lanka.
Even though their customer care services are not very good,
I’ve been awaiting for their reply for last two days and still I didn’t get any response from their side.

I am not going to recommend this to anyone
