My consultant was Mike Tappin, who was kind and respectful at all times. Questions were encouraged. I had a follow up call after my first operation. Both operations went smoothly and Mr Tappin was very thorough with his explanations.

Mr Mike Tappin and his team provided me with a friendly, well managed and professional service. The result of my cataract removal and replacement lenses is transformational. For the first time in 50 years I now don't need glasses or lenses!

Dr. Tapin’s calmness in explaining the entire process clearly. Giving me time to make a well informed decision. The staff around him were all equally caring and reassuring. I felt very prepared to go ahead with no sedatives, and was so surprised when 20 minutes later he announced it was OVER! A week later I walked in ready for my other eye! It is ten days since I had both surgeries. Just finished my last check up, all clear, and am writing this review in the car with NO GLASSES whilst my husband is driving! Thanks to MR. Tapin his staff and TECHNOLOGY!!

I am absolutely thrilled with my eyes now, thanks to the expertise of Mike Tappin, and his assistant Gheta, who was great in testing my near and distance etc so Mike would know exactly what prescription I needed, and tweak the lens replacement to get the optimum results possible for me. I had both eyes done with lens replacement because I was absolutely fed up with glasses and contacts! Constantly changing the glasses depending on what I was doing, and sore eyes every afternoon from wearing contacts too. It’s pain free, and so quick. You just use drops in your eyes 4 times a day after the surgery and that’s it. I had to have laser on my left eye, as the sight wasn’t as good as it could be, so Mike tweaked it, and it’s now pretty much 20/20 in both eyes 🙏
It’s completely changed my quality of life!! I could not recommend it enough.
I am a beauty Therapist and 59, so eyes are imperative for my work.

Highly competent, professional staff with a strong customer focus and an understanding that they are treating a patient rather than just a medical condition. Mr Tappin presents treatment options in a clear manner and takes account of the patient's lifestyle preferences. There is no hard-sell for treatment, which contrasts with some other providers and it is clear that the staff have the patient's best interests at heart.

I have keratoconus and needed my cataracts removed and I researched and found Laser Vision through Top Doctors. The service was excellent. The whole procedure was clearly explained and I felt fully supported throughout. The atmosphere is very relaxed and calm particularly during surgery. Rakesh and all his staff are excellent. 2 weeks after my second eye was operated on I have excellent vision even before I get my new contact lenses. I was well cared for during every step of the proceedings. The aftercare was excellent and everything was done to make sure I was happy with my sight afterwards.

I had my left eye cataract surgery successfully carried out by Rakesh Jayaswal a couple of years ago and when it was needed on my right eye I had no hesitation in returning and now I am enjoying clear vision in both eyes, all thanks to him.
