Superstar service and exceptional battery
I had an old M6700 that hadn't been used in over 4 years. A company I contract for required control over a Windows machine (I now work on Mac), and I wanted to get everything working again.
The original battery 'wasn't recognised' so I went online for a new battery. Not only were these guys in Australia, they were the cheapest I could find.
I had confidence because they clearly stated which machines their batteries were suitable for.
On the checkout page, I was informed they were on holidays and that there would be a delay in processing my order. Also, they stated that the delivery time would be up to 17 days.
I was OK with all of that and went ahead and ordered. I got my confirmation email, and surprisingly, within 24 hours my order shipped.
From order day to delivery day was just 3 days and this was over the Xmas period.
The battery works perfectly, and I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company again.

Dell replacement battery success!
Dell replacement battery was well priced, was delivered quickly and contained instructions and tools needed for installation. The installation itself was straightforward and without issues. Battery was recognised on boot into Windows 11 and charged successfully to 100%. Thus far the battery is performing as well as the original. Very happy 😊

Delivery time was exceptional
I noticed my old battery was "swelling" inside the laptop and decided it needed to be replaced urgently. A quick search found Laptopbatterydirect, not the cheapest but the reviews were good. My battery was delivered 1.5 days later via Aust post! it turned up with tools to remove the old battery as well! installed and appears to be working well.

Quick turnaround and working perfectly
Sent promptly and arrived the same week it was ordered. I've been putting up with a failing OEM battery in a Dell XPS13 notebook for two years and finally made the call to replace it. Since swapping it out I can now consistently get 4-6 hours of use for the first time since owning it.
