Gemma was very helpful setting up a tenancy for me.

Mark and the team at Lemont was very quick and fantastic with me during my move in, getting everything done less than 48 hours after viewing the property. I would highly recommend renting with Lemont Estate

I’ve had a very positive experience when ending my tenancy. Property Manager Naser walked me through the end of tenancy process and made sure my deposit was paid as soon as possible, which is much appreciated.

During my tenancy, all was ok apart from the times when something needed fixing/replacement. These things needed multiple follow ups from me. It was especially frustrating when the radiator stopped working and they took ages to come and replace it. Even if it was very cold outside, they didn’t offer any alternative heating solutions until the radiator was replaced.

If the maintenance issues would have been solved quicker, I would have rated them 5*.

Nasser was really helpful and keen to make everything smooth for me.

Personalised service. We have enjoyed a timely and personalised service from Lamont for a number of years and would highly recommend them.

I first had an interaction with Sirah who took me for viewing and had my best interest at heart, very lovely lady and also very kind and responsive and I’m very Thankful for her.

I was then passed on to Mark who I interacted with through the entire process as regards documentations and getting me on board. He was super amazing and very helpful . Responded to my emails on time and was always kind to provide answers when I need them. Overall it was such a seamless process and he was very great 👍

Nice and straightforward to deal with, Mark Scandrett was great and assisted us from application up to moving in, with no issues at all.

Nas made the process seamless, with no hicks ups or issues along the way. Communication was clear, issues which were relevant to us were communicated to us in the first instance and Nas was always available for any queries.
