There was a fault with our shower screen, Lakes accepted this very quickly, it was replaced without quibble and installed by two very friendly fitters - I didn’t get their names, but very nice people who were efficient and left the bathroom spotless

Excellent customer service. Rang for some parts for a shower cubicle purchase 2019, Mark in Spares was extremely helpful, unit was still under warranty and all it cost was P&P, parts delivered within 24 hours.

My shower was fitted 10 years ago and has been excellent. Parts had started to wear and I decided to replace the door wheels, all the clear plastic door seals, the silver screw caps etc. I e-mailed Lake and by return was told that it was all covered under the warranty. The only thing I needed to pay for was the door handle and they offered me a 50 % discount on that. I was quite shocked and very pleased having expected to be told they no longer had the parts for an older shower unit. Exceptional customer service I haven't experienced in many years. Such a refreshing experience. I highly recommend this company. Oh, and the shower units are quite the best. Well done. P.S. it was also all delivered the following day.

Very refreshing to deal with a company that is a) easily contactable and b) stands by their guarantee claims. Contacted the company recently regarding an issue with the shower rails on my quadrant shower. The customer service department were extremely helpful and quickly sourced and dispatched the relevant parts, free of charge, even though my shower is over 10 years old. A wonderful company who actually care about their customers and provide an excellent service. In my view Lakes are the only company you need consider when buying a shower.

Our quadrant enclosure had an issue with the door glide. Spoke with staff and part causing problem despatched FOC. Arrived ASAP and as of today shower door runs a treat. An example for other companies to follow !!!

Outstanding, simply outstanding!

I moved into my house 18months ago and recently the shower door hinge broke.
I contacted Lakes via email and got a reply back the following day saying they would ship the part free of charge (just pay £8.99 postage).
So what makes this "outstanding", well I believe the shower door was fitted when the extension was built in 1994, that's over 30 years ago.
The fact that the shower door lasted 30 years is impressive enough, but coupled with the fact that a replacement was available and FoC is simply outstanding.

In addition their customer service always replied to my emails either the same day or the following day, which I also think is great.

All in all a great company.
How I wish other companies would take a look at themselves and up their game to the level Lakes operate at.

Tried to order some new door seals for my enclosure.
Having established which seals I required I was told to call to make payment but only between the hours of 9-3.
The first attempt at making payment the sales girl couldn’t get card to be authorised,( not sure if she was actually inputting the numbers in correctly) after a lengthy call she told me delivery would be in the next few days … they didn’t arrive.
After chasing I was told that it was a courier error !! Really ?!
Are we sure we didn’t actually process the order ?
All in all a right run about for some seals I could have gotten of Amazon and delivered next day .

Recently had a problem with a Lakes pivot door that had shattered. The door was nearly 20 years old. I got in touch with Alita Gregg their local representative in Scotland. I was asked to confirm some details (when it was purchased, who fitted it, size). After confirming these details a replacement pivot door was dispatched to my house within 3 days under their lifetime guarantee. The whole process was seamless and stress free. Big shout out to Lakes, Alita and the customer service team who made what could have been a difficult experience into a great customer centered experience. Lakes not only offer a lifetime guarantee on their products they live it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them both for their products but also their customer service.

I’ve been using a Lakes enclosure for over 16 fault free years. Contacted Lakes to get some replacement seals as the originals were discoloured. I was told that the originals were covered by a guarantee! I paid the P&P and the seals arrived within 48hrs.
The query was dealt with very efficiently & the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

Placed an order on Wednesday, delivery came on Friday. No issues up to now.
Sandres, the delivery man, was very kind and helpful.

Called into Lakes today to collect replacement magnetic door seals and accessories for our shower cubicle. What a great company. The man I spoke to on the phone couldn't be more helpful and the man who gave us our parts was equally as helpful.
