Superb customer service everytime- great shower and great company to deal with.

The website was not easy to negotiate. I ordered my items and received a confirmation email. However instead of receiving my items I received another person's plastic clips. The parcels had been sent to the wrong addresses.
However when I phoned they sorted it out very quickly and I received the items the next day which was EXCELLENT

Lakes are a very rare company who respect their clients rather than simply trying to rinse (SIC) them for another sale. We were looking for spares for my elderly parents shower installed 9 years ago. Not only were Lakes able to identify the model but also supply spare parts for it off the shelf posted the same day. Haley in the customer service department was a joy to deal with. Fantastic company.

Can only echo the good reviews already on here. Sent e-mail querying where I could purchase new seals and wheels for a quadrant shower purchased over a decade ago and was advised they were covered by lifetime guarantee. On payment of postage and packing (2 metre cardboard tube) items were posted same day and received next day - anyone of a certain age may remember this type of customer service but most certainly a rarity today! Well done and special mention to Craig in customer services for polite and efficient service.

We've had a 4-piece shower screen for several years now and the seals at the bottom had perished. Asked via their website if I could purchase a replacement set, they emailed back within a couple of days that I could have a new set if I covered the p & p, ordered on Friday and they arrived Monday. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.
