The processing time is one of the worse I experienced. After receiving my items it takes 5 days to update the website and if your item needs authentication add another 3- 4 days and once thst is done another 2- 3 to receive payment. So if you in need of fast cash as they adversity is not the case. The money they offering are far not the best in tbe secondhand market and often feels like a joke, but hey. Make a wise choice folks.

Total scam artists.Said couldn’t authenticate 2 items which were purchased directly from Dior & Fendi.Cost £40 to return both items to myself.Should be looked into by trading standards as an absolute con.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Really good, Quick and fast

Postage cost £9.99 for 24 tracked with Royal Mail. Ordered Tuesday, got it on Saturday after I needed it !!!
Wasn't helpful to try and get delayed parcel compensation from Royal mail also. Probably won't use again.
The Royal mail sorting office was the problem !!

Still haven’t received my payment 5 days after they received my items

Professional and reliable! Was sceptical as it was the first time I sell to them and the whole process seems too good to be true! I received a cash offer and sent them my Dior bag and within a few days of sending it I was paid the full amount in my bank account. Will definitely be using this service again as opposed to other sites that don’t offer cash and things just never sell. Lovely handy bit of cash before Xmas. Thank you to the team!
