To explain things simply, our team looks at the expected resale value of each item rather than the original retail price. That resale value can change depending on the condition, age, size, demand, season and how many similar items we already have. From that estimated value we also have to include the full cost of the service we provide. This covers authentication, inspection, professional photography, warehousing, marketing and handling orders from start to finish. All of these costs are included in the offer we make.

Some people prefer to sell on platforms like eBay or Vinted because they can sometimes get a higher return, especially if they are happy to create listings, speak with buyers, arrange shipping and deal with any problems that come up. Our service is designed for people who want a quick and hassle free option where we handle everything for them and take on all the admin, risk and operational costs involved.
