If I could give this item a zero, I would. I really thought this was going to be an authentic device that would give me some relief and back pain. After only six uses, the interior mechanism, gears, w... See more

I'm sure this is very effective for most people. My problem is my head needs to stay more elevated than this allows to be effective; otherwise my "crystals" get out of wack and I get very dizzy. Als... See more

We’ve worked for over five years to create Kyrobak. It’s the culmination of all we care about — cutting waste, creating technology that makes a difference, solving consumer frustrations — and everything we’ve learned: Invest heavily in design, sweat the smallest details, push technology further than anyone thinks it can go and never compromise when it comes to the customer experience.

It is a wonderful device.
I have trouble every day with lower back pain and I think it is wonderful for keeping things where they belong.

Didn't help
This did not improve my back pain. It probably depend on what is wrong with your back, as to whether or not this helps. It does seem like a quality piece of equipment. I wish I would have sent it back and got a refund.

simple, but true
A gentle movement is very soothing. I think we don't, or can't move these intricately woven muscles at the base of our spine. This machine seems to exercise and massage them in a way that makes me more flexible. Honestly, I'm not sure how it works, but it does!

Very helpful device!
I have two thirty degree curves in my spine and LOTS of back pain - I have both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid disease. Even after chiropractic, acupuncture, Structural Body Integration, massage therapy, steroid injections and Proloterapy injections, the Kryobac has offered me a lot of relief. It is wonderful to experience the movement that helps to strengthen my spine. Early on, I mistakenly thought that "nothing" was happening, so I doubled my time on the Kryobak....Lol! I soon realized that the ten minute recommendation gives just THE right amount of movement needed. Although I was a cautious consumer, given my attempts with so many strategies, I really DO recommmend the Kryobak as an important "tool" to own for spinal care. Best wishes!
