UPDATE: Great CS - they replaced it and the new one works great. It's deff a great piece of tech!!

Original review: I bought the K1 3in1 5000 mAh from an ad on instagram. It's a great idea (both wired and wireless charger and stand) and feels premium (nice clicks when you rotate it). BUT, unfortunately, it doesn't work, as there is no charge either wired or wireless. If I hit the power button, it just flashes like it's empty. I've tried different cables which I know work and let it charge for hours, but nothing. The battery and charge function are DOA. So for now, I'm afraid it's 1 star, at least until CS sends a replacement. I noticed other 1 stars saying the same but the majority of 5s made me hopeful I wouldn't be one of the unlucky ones. Guess not!

Customer support did a good job by providing swift and accurate solution. Despite of country for delivery was missing from the list, the order has been processed manually and product delivered as agreed with a discount for inconvenience. Much appreciated.

An iOS update meant my charging stand no longer wirelessly charged my iPad.
I reached out to support over email and they were super responsive and looking to help straight away. The level of communication is top notch.
They sent a new part straight away to replace the charging module. It was super easy and now it’s working perfectly again. I couldn’t be happier, what a fantastic customer experience.

Had an issue with an iPad stand no longer charging the iPad after an OS update. When I reached out to support, they were very quick in responding and identifying the problem. They immediately sent me a replacement part that solved the charging issue, and provided a video guide on how to replace it myself

They refuse to help when goods are not delivered. They are adamant it has been delivered. It has NOT and they will not provide emergency with proof of delivery.

I will never order fro this company again and I suggest as many people as possible do the same

Amended my score to reflect that I was refunded. The product does not fast charge the Apple Watch.
Other than this it is a very nice neat product.

Had an X40Q failure, so got in contact. All they wanted was me to video some tests, send that video, and they shipped a replacement.

It was an excellent experience, and it makes me want to buy more from them again. Perfect timing for customer service week

Contacted them to report a faulty unit. After we could rule out all other causes, they quickly sent me a new unit. Totally thrilled with their quick and friendly customer support!

Bought the triple charger unit about 8 months ago and it started to have an issue. I contacted customer support and after a few checks the despatched a new unit without any fuss and resolved the issue. If you want to judge a company on how it deals with problems, then kuxiu deserves 5 stars. The unit itself is excellent and charges well without problem, packs well for travelling and looks very smart on the bedside table.

I loved my KUXIU X40Q QI2 Magsafe Charging stand so much that I decided to buy a second one so that I would have a permanent charging stand for both travel and home.

Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the watch charging component of my second unit and had to contact customer support.

Their after sales service was truly excellent.

A customer service representative responded very quickly.

We went through some trouble shooting exercises but once it was confirmed that the watch component of my charger was indeed faulty, they replaced the faulty unit.

The new unit arrived a few days later and both units are working beautifully.

If you travel a lot for work, this is a brilliant little device.

Really satisfied with the brand, especially with their support team, My unit had a problem, they sent me brand new one, which is rare with several brands in the market

I ordered the 3 in 1 wireless Apple charger stand in wood grain finish. The initial product was lost because the courier had lost the package. When I explained the situation to Kuxiu, their response was quick and they sent another package right away. The resent package arrived very quickly and was working perfectly. The product is pretty sturdy as well. Great customer service, great product!
