Ordered 2 3-1 chargers some time ago.
Started to experience some weird sounds from both of the power adapters. I quickly contacted the support and explained the problem.
The support was quick to respond and very helpful.
After a small chat online, the support will ship me 2x new power adapters - great service

Kuxiu is involved in dishonest business sales practices by promising specific discounts on their website ! But in reality, these discounts do not apply to shopping cart! When I reached out to their CS with clear evidence with pics, I was told that these discounts don’t apply! They definitely mislead customers! Also, it seems that most of the reviews here are fake since they are from “ people “ with 1 or 2 reviews!

I initially saw the X36PRO-MAX-12.9-Gray as a sponsored ad on my Instagram and purchased it right away as it would be the perfect solution to my office desk setup.
After using it for almost a year, it started to have some power issues. I contacted Kuxiu.co and they immediately responded, analysed the issue and sent me a replacement straight away.

The customer service was professional and friendly. Would highly recommend purchasing Kuxiu products! Fantastic products and excellent customer service.

Although at the first product didn’t work without charging with wire, but kuxiu team patiently companies with client solving the product problem, and gave me a proper solution. So thank you their service!

The support replied to my email within 20 minutes. What's even better is that this first reply already included the solution to my problem. The problem was caused by a third-party power adapter, by the way. So no fault on their end in the first place.

Their tech, Jaden, responded very promptly. He was supportive and helped me resolve the problem.

Not only are the products really solid and up to high standards but the service is what sets Kuxiu apart. It's not just another brand. I had problems with a recent order I've made before a trip. My own fault, I ordered too close to departure. When emailing support to cancel and refund my order they went out of their way to ship it to my travel destination and include power plug adapters both for home and travel to make things easier. Absolutely gold!

Don’t waste your money. Charger is ridiculously heavy and the magnet doesn’t hold a phone in place.

Their customer service is top notch. I was advised that an error was made in shipping, their team immediately apologized, provided me with a tracking number and shipped my charging stand. I received it Thursday and I am using it and love ❤️ it. The repair shop told me there was nothing they could do with my iPad Pro 12.9 3rd Gen because it was slightly bent and the charging port was inoperable, your charging stand saved the day.

I’ve ordered the X55 3 in 1 charging stand for iPhone, Apple Watch and Airpods.
I was worried because my iPhone 16 Pro was so hot during the charging that a message appeared in the screen, pausing the charge until phone cooldown.
After asking support, they gave a useful guidance to mitigate those effects.

I ordered the wrong product, contact customer service team to get the required support and arrange for replacement item...although I received replacement item for what I should have ordered in the first place, this was faulty and had to be returned.

Overall very impressed and grateful for the patience and troubleshooting skills in order to get my product working before having to send back for a refund.

I ordered a x53 ergonomic laptop stand, however I was missing the cable to connect to my laptop. Although the time difference from UK to Australia is huge the customer service team did not hesitate to reply as soon as they could. And they resolved my issue and shipped a new cable as soon as they recieved my email. The stand is amazing and is true to its word. I was worried about authenticity as the logo was printed on the bottom of the base and not on the top, however they team cleared the issue and reassured me, and honestly it looks much better. Thank you Jaden and Roy for your support. Definitely buy from Kuxiu in the future.

I was looking for a charger for my iPhone and iWatch and came across the KUXIU X40 3-in-1 MagSafe Foldable Charging Stand which suited my requirements. I am going to be travelling to Australia with it this year and wanted an Adapter to work with Australian sockets and Kuxiu's support was able to assist with me in providing one for the charging stand in a prompt and very timely manner. I hope that I don't need to contact support when I have the charging stand but if I do, I know that there will be someone available to help me quickly!
