I ordered the Magnetic iPad Charger. Delivery was faster than expected and the item is a good quality product. Any questions during the ordering and delivery were answered quickly by customer services. I would highly recommend.

it is very usefull and has good power

i bought the kuxiu s2 powerbank through their website. delivery was smooth, happy about that. 2 months in after having transported the powerbank in an inside pocket of my backpack the glass was shattered. the battery hadn’t fallen, or backpack hadn’t been severely impacted by an outside force or object. i was surprised to find it in this condition. i carry on to use it and contacted support. it’s been a week, no reaction whatsoever. i continue to use it, and carry it in my backpack in the inside pocket, now the glass panel is bent towards the inside, so strength is really subpar. didn’t fall, wasn’t impacted, and my battery pack is almost done after 2 months and a half. wouldn’t recommend at all. advise to look for other options.

High-quality product. And perfect customer service. There was a problem with my package and after understanding the cause, it was immediately resent to me.

Bought a K1 Pro from them. Used for around 3 months and it’s stopped working. Got in touch with their customer support team who was committed to resolve the issue. Tried troubleshooting the faulty device but to no avail. Next was that they got my faulty device replaced with a new one!

I had an issue with my KUXIU X38 Pro MAX iPad Magnetic Charging Stand after updating my iPad to iPadOS 26 — the charging suddenly stopped working. I reached out to KUXIU support, and their team handled everything quickly and professionally.

They found our previous correspondence (since I had already received a replacement before) and immediately helped me troubleshoot the problem. Their responses were clear, polite, and solution-oriented.

It’s rare to see such fast and thoughtful customer service — they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend both the product and the support team!

This charging unit looks cool and stylish and it’s really firm and steady. I’m not sure if it’ll stay the same after multiple folding/unfolding, maybe with time it’ll become a bit loose and unstable, but for now - I’m amazed and it’s gorgeous. It’s definitely the best charging unit I’ve ever seen. The quality has exceeded my expectations.

The support department were super helpful to assist when there was problems with my order due to the shipping parties. They even sent the product again after the first one was lost in shipping. The support department even reached out the day after the order arrived, to make sure it really had reached me as a consumer. Super happy and satisfied about the service! The product I ordered got a 10/10 score from my wife. I will be ordering one for my self as well!

They have replaced faulty parts or entire devices without question several times. Answer times are reasonable and never take longer than a couple of days.

Absolute great service and good products!

Ordered three charging devices from Kuxiu after receiving good feedback from a friend. One of the devices was giving trouble charging, by stopping and starting repeatedly. Stacey from customer support handled my case from start to finish and replaced the faulty unit and sent via express post. Funnily enough, the replacement arrived at my doorstep before I had the chance to email her back! The service from this company is great and I’d shop with them again without hesitation. It feels great to have a company that cares about their customers!

I purchased a X40 Turbo 3 in 1 charger and the item appears to be extremely well made and looks great with a nice weight to it. We were looking for something small enough to travel with and this even comes with a very smart carry case which will be perfect for our next holiday.

I would also like to comment on the SPEED at which customer service responds to emails and requests. Roy was extremely helpful and appreciate him helping me out with my requests. I would not hesitate based on my experience to recommend this company.

I love my tri-fold charging device. I had an issue with the magnetic watch charger, contacted the company, and received a replacement. I would definitely order from them again.

Their products are top. Year ago i purchased X36 arm and was blown away with quality. Now i purchased M30 magnetic connector and experience was the same. Quality top notch. Article arrived but didn’t meet my expectations. No adequate provision for return of goods, sent an Email. They asked me to ship it back, they have refused to refund my money. Of course I would never ever buy anything from these guys again. STAY AWAY GUYS!!

I bought an iPad MagSafe stand from Kuxio and the quality for the price was absolutely top notch. A minor issue occurred for me but Kuxio were super quick to respond and had me sorted in no time so I decided to leave a review. Excellent product quality and customer service. I would recommend (and have done already) to others and I will definitely remain an ongoing customer for future products I may need. This product is of such a wonderfully high quality, you’d think Apple had manufactured it themselves.

The magnetic charging panel is working very well.
Even the first charger had some technical issues, I give 5 stars to the quick and helpful service.
I opened a service-ticket, got a quick answer, sent some information and with no discussion I got a spare part.
Would definitely buy again!

I had an issue with one of their products, but to their credit it was on Apple’s to change how certain accessories behave since ios26. I reached out to them and offered me the most sensible solution, which I’m still waiting to try. But in terms of customer service they were responsive and professional.

I had a problem with the K1 PRO device and the gave me a very good support, replacing the device after several interactions in a very short period of time.
