Being on my eighth pair of KURU shoes
Being on my eighth pair of KURU shoes, I recently had an issue with my newest pair. Von, my customer service representative, was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and walked me through the warranty process. I did run into a problem uploading my photos through the link, but Caren from the chat team stepped in and took care of everything on her end. The entire process took less than 15 minutes, and that means a lot because everyone’s time is valuable. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
Update: I received my replacement shoes, and I’m back to walking on cloud nine! Thank you for standing behind your products and making the warranty process so easy. This level of customer service is exactly why I’ll keep coming back. I’ll definitely be ordering my 9th pair in a few months. Thank you again!

Kuru is always trying to improve and add new things, such as the new color they came out with in their Atom 2, and also Extra Wide. Love this company! Great shoes...I have 3 pair.
I'm also trying to get them to understand a lot of women wear wide, especially women who are pregnant or after, order women and athletes. That's a lot of women!! We would definitely like some of the newer colors in Wide! I would have 5 pairs of shoes instead of 3 right now if that was the case. I got a pair of slip ons, but I can't wear them a long time as they are not wide.. 🙄...DO 🤎 the color!

Amazing customer service
This company’s customer service is outstanding! I had a small issue with one shoe popping when I walk. I contacted Kuru and my issue was handled immediately. Kuru stands behind their products and honors their warranty without making one jump through hoops.
