I have purchased a wedding anniversary gift online via the website. The product i purchased at USD $48.95 (SGD $65.62) compare to the product that i received was entirely different. The product that was delivered was also damaged. Seller did not want to do a full refund despite within 90 days and suggested partial refund of 40% and subsequently 70%. This website is clearly a scam website that is advertised and sponsored in google, facebook, instagram and tik-tok. I noticed the website stated its company address in London, however when you search in google "krostars", it became Fuzhou, China. There are no contacts availabe except facebook messenger.
I ordered a 3D figure for 37 USD, but received a cardboard sign, that didn't resemble the photo I sent to Krostars at all. Scam and fraud.
