This deserves 0 stars if it was possible.
Paid for an item, arrived broken after almost 3 weeks, ask for a refund and they offer to refund me 70% of what I paid!!

Utter rubbish- nothing like the website photos.
These are probably need plastic cartoon photos delivered to you and not ceramic or 3d, just a printed image.

Please don’t purchase any thing from this company. The product was very poor quality , flat prints instead of 3D , misleading photos , the family look nothing like them and the worst customer service I ever deal with.

I ordered and spent $150+ on their so called photo realistic figurines and when I received it, it was cut out woods that had printed some photos that doesn’t even look like us. I’ve sent them several messages to tell them that I ordered based on their site that says, photo realistic figurines. I even told them that I want to return something I can’t even show to my family because it doesn’t look like us. These people misrepresented the product they are selling and taking tons of peoples money without accountability. They are frauds and scammers! Don’t order from these people. I order a lot from Facebook & this store or businesses should not be allowed to sell on any platform. They are thieves. They send the most refund they can do is 30%. So what am I suppose to do with these cut out woods? Luckily I did the screen shot of what I ordered & what I received. I even sent them photos of the screen shots clearly stating photo realistic figurines.. They are trash! DO NOT ORDER from ZINEME. Read all Zineme reviews here, they say exactly the same thing I said. SCAMMERS!!

How can you improve for a start give the customer what they ordered not a piece of plastic with a picture that doesn't even resemble the one we sent in not even the faces of my two daughters,of which one has passed away, they offered 30% off why would I want to keep this when it's somebody else's faces, false advertisements nothing anywere near what they advertised, 100% a scam,£70 of my money down the drain, this site needs closing down😡

If I could rate them a negative star, I would. What I received was nothing, like advertised and looked NOTHING like the photograph. Do Not Waste Your Money. This is a SCAM!!

Not done as pictured plastic pieces work was terrible I had to throw it away very disappointed

I purchased what i believed was going to be like a statue, what arrived was a stand and a plastic cut out of the image. It’s not as it’s advertised, it’s basically a thick laminated image. That’s all. Do not be fooled by this advert. It’s all very fake and the piece is not worth the price. It took several weeks to arrive and was damaged on arrival too. They don’t wanna give you your money back. It’s one big scam. Do not trust them an all. Stay away don’t waste your money. It’s an AI advert.

I ordered a picture ornament of my 2 sons one who has passed away, what I got was a picture in plastic and the pictures where completely different to my sons I contacted this company and they can only offer me 50% of my money back even though I have a picture of 2 random people that I will be putting in bin disguised

Terrible..item looks nothing like photo I sent. It's a joke..plus items look nothing like in there posts.

The end product image had no resemblance with the original photo that was sent. I could not give this as a gift as none of the family member were recognisable in the 2D AI generated image that was used from the original. Then trying to get an refund was a to an through with the company. Had to arrange postage to send the item back. Not sure yet whether I will get a total refund. If I can give you one bit advice is not to order anything from them. Thee website is totally misleading.

Id give them a 0 if I could. The picture i sent them is not even close to what they did. This place is a scam.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Zinime. I purchased a customized family ornament for over $86, expecting a true-to-life rendering as advertised on their website. What I received was nothing more than a laminated photo stuck onto acrylic plastic — absolutely nothing like the detailed, high-quality product they show in their ads.

This feels completely misleading. The item looks cheap, poorly made, and nowhere near the standard they promise. I contacted the seller directly, but they refused to give me a full refund despite the product clearly not matching their description. I also opened a claim through PayPal, but even that was denied.

Please be warned: do NOT buy from this company. The quality is terrible, the advertising is deceptive, and the customer service is unhelpful. I feel scammed and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.

Ordered an individualized 3-D Sculpture, received a crappy 2-D „thing“. They refuse to take it back and reimburse the money. First 10%, then 30%…ridiculous for a „thing“ you can’t use to 100%

I’m so disappointed! I seriously thought I was getting something like ceramic. What I got was paper doll cut outs but they’re hard. Awful! I bought several for gifts! I can’t give these as gifts, Yes, they’re that bad! So deceiving!
