They cheat you out of money even tho i deposit

Don't recommend anyone do what I have i buy coin here all the time and I recently hit for 800 sc and upon getting my redeem I only received 488 support won't get back to me and No one will give answers they have now blocked all communication from me and I have zero ways to contact support if you play here they will cheat you without any concern for you in mind if I could rate them zero stars I would im also planning to report this just because it says they keep the right to change whatever they want doesn't make it OK ill see what the BBB tell me along with game board because I feel like they cheated me and this is the second time a redeem came in short the first time I should have learned my lesson

Account locked without explanation after months of verified activity

I was a verified, active user for months with multiple successful redemptions processed without issue. Yotta themselves merged my previous Playnomic account into my Yotta account in December 2025 and confirmed this in writing. On 3/20 my account was suddenly locked with no explanation beyond "we were unable to verify your information" — directly contradicting their own records showing prior successful KYC and redemptions.

I cannot access my YottaCash balance or even use purchased tokens I paid real money for. I have received no substantive response despite multiple emails. No terms violation has been cited because none occurred.

The forum posts I found and other Trustpilot reviews show I am far from alone — multiple users report receiving the exact same generic lock message with support going silent. This pattern suggests a systematic practice of locking verified accounts and hoping users walk away from their balances.

I have documented everything and am pursuing all available remedies. If you are considering this platform, be aware that your account can be locked at any time with no explanation and no recourse, even after months of verified activity and successful redemptions.

I joined around December 2025 been playing since and I won about 2000.00 went to cash out I put my ID picture along with my selfie and even had to put my ssi number for something yo do with withdrawing after I done that they locked my account wrote me an email saying that my account would be closed and they couldn't help me with anything or services

Lotta yotta ewwww going on

Terrible place, I was a fool to even spend $3 just now for $30. My account has been permanently closed, on my initiative. Site keeps closing out during payment, & playing is awful. Might be ok for your typical slot den user, but gamblers, no go. All table games are a joke. In roulette, if the ball doesn't spin 4 rotation, it's an illegitimate spin. In these RNG table games, it doesn't care to even do 1 rotation, it's laughable. Again, I repeat, you might have some luck in slots here. I wouldn't know. I am certain no wise gambler wants any part with Yotta. Seems more like an exploitation of lady folk. I was happy to close account once I realized what was going on. Still says Yotta 2023 on many parts of their operation. I felt icky the 5 minutes spent patronizing whatever it is. It's in disrepair, & it's clearly not going to improve considering it's 2026 & in such poor condition. Always looking for new spots & good promos. If it looked & felt better, I may spend $1 for $100 on slots lol. Instead, I've permantly closed account a few mins after testing it out. Be warned.

Such a scam

Made multiple deposits and always won here and there but never withdrew anything just used it to keep playing, but on the 18th I was able to hit for 2k. They locked and are saying they’re closing my account. Can’t get ahold of them for nothing, piss poor is what they are.

Disappointed

I really like this game. But for the first time I finally made enough to cash out. And they made me verify and no problem. But then they ask for my social security number and soon as I put it to cash out they locked my account and try to say that their was multiple accounts under my social and to contact them. But haven’t heard nothing back even tho I sent them multiple emails stating Im the real person and their had to be a mistake. Ignored is how I was treated

Scam App

This is one of the biggest scandals in history involving millions of dollars. Just know if you deposit and win and you redeem your winnings. You're never gonna see those money. I redeemed $500 from January 30th 2026 and still haven't received a dime even tho the game has settled the redemption.

Misleading Marketing & Frozen Funds

If you value your money, stay away. This app was originally advertised as a high-yield savings app that was FDIC insured. However, the reality is much darker. They used a "banking as a service" company (Synapse) which went bankrupt, freezing nearly $100 million of user funds.
I am personally one of the victims, with $12,000 locked in this app for nearly 2 years. While thousands of us fight to get our life savings back, Yotta continues to run like nothing happened and refuses to help us resolving the mess they created. The "safety" they advertised was an illusion.

They stole my money

I made purchases and then when I tried to redeem them, they shut my account down and locked me out of it. They gave me no reason and have not refunded me my money. They’ve ignored multiple requests for a refund. I have $164 just sitting there that is completely inaccessible. Absolutely horrible customer service and scammy behavior.

Terrible

I made an account and took their offer of $20 for $2. Ran it up to $324 on a slot, and when I went to redeem it, they closed my account, just as it seems they did to many others. Avoid, avoid, avoid. This place should be under criminal investigation.

Don’t fall down the rabbit hole

Horrible place. I don’t normally leave reviews but this place deserves one. I opened an account, deposited money and won!! Then I verified my identity. But when I linked my bank to cash out- they lock my account. I email them and the only response I got was “after reviewing your account- it’s locked and will be closed. You can’t have an account with us” … YOU SHOULDVE DONE THAT BEFORE I DEPOSITED MONEY AND BEFORE I HIT ON THE SLOTS!!!!

Worst support ever and rigged

They easily have the worst support of any sweepstakes casino. Half the time they don't even respond and the other half they are useless.

Their blackjack is so rigged and impossible to win I lose every single session. They also have stolen my bets two times where the game errored and I didn't get my bet back. Of course support was completely silent.
