The agents take exceptionally long time…
The agents take exceptionally long time to reply to any messages, I've been in touch with them for more than 24 hours and they still cannot verify my company's identity to move forward my UK number.
Also, the verification process is not mentioned anywhere before paying the service. If I knew it would be like that I would have never signed up for KrispCall.

Customer service agent misled me into…
Customer service agent misled me into thinking that I free numbers included any number I saw including those that said $4 or $5 per month. Steve from Krispcall said "Though the number cost will be shown, you will not be charged for the number." He was wrong and won't admit it. He will not refund me. He will not get me a supervisor. It's been 30 minutes on the chat with him and he's still not doing anything to refund me or make it right.

My ultimate upgrade from a regular phone

Any positive review is clearly AI generated and fake - this company is a scam. No idea how they got my number but they harass me over what’s app and then when blocked there they start calling on mobile.

Misleading company they advertise with 12 dollar a month and after you pay they say no you have to rent also a number for 21 dollar a month, what a misleading company is this ?
