Unclear Policies and Poor Communication
I subscribed to KrispCall expecting a free number, but removing it to try a different country’s number permanently deleted it without warning. Support confirmed it couldn’t be restored or changed, leaving me to pay extra for another number. The lack of transparency and flexibility is frustrating—be sure to clarify all policies before subscribing.

A simple solution for sales surge!
Without a doubt, krispcall is the greatest phone system we have ever utilized. Although it has many helpful features, the power dialer has been especially helpful for our sales calls. Our sales have significantly increased since we began utilizing it!
